Unfortunately no. The camera needs POE (Power Over Ethernet) for power, and generally, TVs do not have POE ports. The Ethernet port is usually just for data transmission only. Also, you would need a viewing software, as well as the cameras IP address, and login information to access its video feed. It is usually recommended to put a single camera install on a POE injector or POE switch, then connect it to your network for viewing from a phone or PC. If you wanted to view from a TV, the easiest route would be to use an NVR, which has an HDMI output to a TV. You can add cameras to the NVR, then view them from the HDMI interface of the NVR.
