You need to understand how great the character is when you can put him against enemies with supernatural capabilities and he still wins most of the time.

Not sure how much longer the manga for Akira is going on for so they can both show more feats. I think it would be safe to say that Ayanokoji has more potential as he hasn't gone all out yet. But who knows.

I’m not gonna lie, Akira is smart, but he’s extremly predictable. A character is typically smart if the author themselves thinks smart about the story, most manga series which have smart characters are extremely predictable (Danganronpa, COTE, Death note, no game no life, Dr stone, battle game in 5 seconds, the detective is already dead, defective Conan, the promised never land, and ect.) series like monster and 20 century boys by Urusawa are typically much better written, another example is Liar game and one puts by Kaitana. People although overestimate Johan liebert and Friend due to statements compared to feats which is why liar game and one outs is probably the best series when it comes to characters using their intelligence against other highly intelligent characters.

The difs on most is wrong. And the last two nah Feats wise Ayanokoji>Toya(High dif) Ayanokoji>Akira(extreme dif) Ayanokoji is superior out of the the twi(Tiya and Ayanokoji)but against Akira I’m not two sure who is superior him or Ayanokoji. My bias speaks now. At first it was AyanokojiAkira(mid-high dif-also with Ayanokoji’s adaptability there’s no wonder he leant things in the WR with relative ease)
