Yesterday was the first day over 42’s with Ayden Thompson, as he begins to prepare for his collegiate career. We did some quicksteps followed by some block starts and it went great. I love coaching the 42’s but rarely get a chance to, so this is a lot of fun for me. We’ll be continuing with 42 work for the next month or so before he leaves for college.
