Fantastic shave, Lyubo! To let you know I took delivery of my Rocca R94 and 2 shaves in with a feather blade, 1st and 2nd use. I'd have to say that it slightly edges out my Apex SS + going to No.1. The feather blade works beautifully in it but not so much in my Apex. The machining on it is the best of any razor I own. For 130 CDN $ it is a steal and THE MOST UNDERATED RAZOR OUT THERE. Thank you for helping me out to pull the trigger on the Rocca! Cheers, my brother !

That's great Peter! So happy that you got Rocca and you're enjoying it! Fantastic razor indeed. I'm struggling to declare absolute winner. When I shave with Apex SS+ I feel that it's on top, and when I shave with the Rocca I feel that it takes over the top spot. The struggle is real 😅 I still haven't tried the Feather blades, but I'll test them with the Rocca first.

Great shave brother. I'm not certain this is a great entry point for a brand new person, but I definitely see it as an excellent choice for that "upgrade" set. When you finally decide you enjoy doing this enough to pull the trigger on a set of "nice" things. THat's where this set fits in if you ask me. It's aesthetically pleasing, well made, and a bit pricey, but a good option for sure. Couldn't agree more with your thoughts on the razor itself. Great daily shaver. Very safe, but it gets the job done every time smoothly and efficiently.

Looks great but this is way too much for a starter kit, beats the purpose of a starter kit. Stirling is the way to go for a starter kit.

I guess it depends how you look at it. For a starter set using Aylsworth products it's a deal with the current discount. I started with Henson which is the same price range as the Apex AL Razor for example. So it's really a matter of what product you like to start with and does it work with your budget. People that are really tight on budget will always do better with products from the shelve in stores. I already got a starter set for less than 10$ CAD. Did video about it and and had good shaves with it :)

@@ShaveAndTell looking it from a perspective of a person that is just starting you can't really beat the Stirling starter kit. It's designed for beginners has samples of blades and soaps and is super budget friendly.
