Sri Lanka Ayurveda Resort: Purification, Massage, Yoga & Meditation
Dr. Upul himself supervises the entirety of your Panchakarma treatment. You’ll see him for regular check-ups in his practice, where you’ll report how you respond to the cleansing treatments, including nasal cleansing, oil pouring and enemas. The consultations take place in English. If you wish, you can do Yoga daily and meditate with us.
