I'm from Andhrapradesh and I'm having Pitta dosha. The real problem is in our households people prepare foods which aggravate Pitta and I always fall prey to Pitta prone diseases. If I follow diet as per Ayurveda people look me as if I am eccentric. Educating them is so tough and in the process even I get ridiculed.

Hi dear.. stop having black gram daily and replace with green gram. Use 1 tsp ghee daily. Opt for prridges. This will help

Pitta Balance from Planet Ayurveda has been a lifesaver! I used to struggle with acidity and heat-related issues, but after using this, I feel so much more balanced. Highly recommend for anyone with a Pitta imbalance

According to Ayurveda, the aggravated Vata and Pitta Dosha cause inflammation. Wheatgrass gives a cooling effect and reduces the inflammation around the affected area. It balances the Vata and the Pitta and has Sita (cooling) properties, which help in reducing acute inflammatory disease.
