I'm from Andhrapradesh and I'm having Pitta dosha. The real problem is in our households people prepare foods which aggravate Pitta and I always fall prey to Pitta prone diseases. If I follow diet as per Ayurveda people look me as if I am eccentric. Educating them is so tough and in the process even I get ridiculed.
Pitta Balance from Planet Ayurveda has been a lifesaver! I used to struggle with acidity and heat-related issues, but after using this, I feel so much more balanced. Highly recommend for anyone with a Pitta imbalance
Hello Team I really like watching Mam’s videos and whenever I watch these videos I feel like sharing them with my mother but because of the language barrier I do not share them. I think hindi language can broaden your audience reach and people from all ages and regions can find your content helpful. Keep up the good work, thanks!
Namaste 🙏 I am vata pitta and I'm confused what I should eat ,can you please help me. I am living in South America and we have no aruyveda doctors here.
While papaya is a nutritious fruit that contains several vitamins, it does not contain all vitamins. No single fruit contains all vitamins. Papaya is particularly rich in vitamin C and vitamin A (in the form of beta-carotene), but it may not provide sufficient amounts of other essential vitamins like vitamin B12, vitamin D, and others. A balanced diet with a variety of fruits and vegetables is essential to ensure you get all the necessary vitamins your body needs.
I really like your videos and they're amazing. Can you please make a video on how to reduce the unwanted hair on face and body naturally? It'd help a lot for many people.
Namaste. For balancing both Vata and Kapha doshas, focus on warm, cooked foods with moderate spices, incorporating a variety of grains, vegetables, legumes, lean proteins, and small amounts of healthy fats.
Hey question are any of the following smoothie ingredients harmful or aggravating to Pita? 1. Raw cacao chocolate 2. Ceylon cinnamon 3. Ginger 4. Matcha green tea
Namaste, we recommend consulting with a doctor who can provide guidance based on the examination of your case. You can also visit our Doctors at Samattvam with your latest reports: Enroll here theyogainstitute.org/samattvam

According to Ayurveda, the aggravated Vata and Pitta Dosha cause inflammation. Wheatgrass gives a cooling effect and reduces the inflammation around the affected area. It balances the Vata and the Pitta and has Sita (cooling) properties, which help in reducing acute inflammatory disease.
