Very useful information maam.. and my routine is little closer to that..like drinking warm water,working btwn 10-2, eating before 2..geting nap.. &walk in evening &night ..but i ll do more to get this right routine ..thankyou a lot maam 🌺🙏..

I wake up 7 am do some exercise then I bath up and offer holy water to sun then eat some food then I study after I eat Lunch then I go to walk after I sleep 💤😴 then I play eat watch listen spend time and sleep., 😃🥰
