(AZ dilində) AŞPA-nın Azərbaycanda siyasi məhbuslar üzrə məruzəçisi Torhildır Sunna Ayvarsdottir, Tofiq Yaqublu məsələsinin AŞPA-nın daimi diqqətində olduğunu deyir. Xanım Ayvarsdottir deyir ki, T. At first you have to proof that Yagublu should not to be in prison, because this case is a local case. You are not authorized to kick out a country to their own political acts. Im not saying that Mr Yagublu should be in prison, no, but your approach is out of the box of legal, Mrs. And this approach makes me think about that you are not a problem solvers, you are just blah blah and nothing more sorry

I don’t think you understand what you are saying. There is no such thing as “local” and “non-local” cases and every nation is subject to the mechanisms to which it WILLINGLY agreed when acceding to international institutions. No one owes you anything.

Well the problem I guess already was pointed on the political bias of the process. She is not a defender of Yagublu in a court, she just a reporter. Her job is to report errors and violation of human rights, that's all.
