The scene at 3:55 represents Hungary in general: there’s the performer in a Lidl brand t-shirt which shows how so many people are shopping there because it’s one of the cheapest supermarkets in Hungary, then there is an older workman with a ‘Kőbányai’ beer in his hand because that’s also the cheapest beer in Hungary (we all know Hungary is on top on the worldwide alcoholism list) dancing along to a music he doesn’t even know. This is how I interpreted it, Azahriah tried to show the Hungarian reality with this scene.
