Hello, my beautiful mommy friends! Here are my thoughts and opinions on the full-grain leather diaper bag by Azaria Brand. The quality of the leather is nice and you can definitely feel and see the difference between the Luxe and faux leather La Mere bag.

I have the la mere luxe and absolutely love it. It’s my favorite bag by far but mine does have fraying on the straps as well.

What other diaper bags have you used and do you prefer those over this? It's a big purchase.

It’s a big purchase, but it is nice. My zippers have since smoothed out and the backpack is comfortable and for the most part light for a leather bag. Azaria is having a sale very soon and this bag is included and they will start offering afterpay so you can make payments which is helpful. But I still prefer lily jade diaper bags. You can find great deals on them on the bst pages. 12 Little is great too. Super light and great organization.

Have you tried the new Luxe leather? I’m still going back and forth between dishing out money for the La Mère Luxe in vintage leather or an Orchid Hearts Milan. Which do you prefer as a mom bag and quick trip diaper bag?

Do u recommend their luxe or vegan? I’m wanting be one cos I like the look but I’m unsure of the material. I have LJ and Mina baie, but design wise I like this look a kot

I honestly like both equally. I have one luxe and one vegan in my collection. If you don't want to spend so much then getting the faux leather will do the job just fine :)

Would you say it’s a bit tight inside as opposed to their vegan leather ones ?

Yes. This luxe bag was quite tight and I switched into the azaria vegan leather bag right after and it was like a night and day difference. Their vegan bag was much easier to pack.

I was wondering where you got that pretty little pomegranate(?) Colored snack cup from? It's so cute and compact! I decided a little bit a go that i had to get my hands on this bag, and i think alot of these littler problems you had with this bag have to do with it being a leather bag, and i could cope with most of them (even the slightly frayed backpack straps, as my madeline's tote straps remind me of that, and it hasnt bothered me). That being said, those zippers make me really nervous... the zipper in my madeline is going out now (I bought it used, and it's a 1.0, so not really a defect from the company) and I CANNOT deal with bad zippers again, especially paying full price this time! :/

For the snack tower, you can search Smash Nude Food Movers on Amazon. It's a 4 piece set that costs around $10 :) I was ok with the fraying, until I was told that the manufacturer usually takes care of the threading before shipping "but some bags were skipped because they were trying to get them out before their New Year holiday." I just didn't appreciate paying THAT much for incomplete work basically AND hard zippers. I agree these are minor issues, but it made me sad bc for the price, I should not have to take these extra steps like doing the "lighter trick" on all of those threads or lubricating the zippers to get them to be smooth :( Either way, the bag is definitely nice.

Yeah a person should definitely get what they pay for. It probably would have been in everyone's best interest for them to take a little extra time to fix the fraying and make sure it's done right. But despite everything, it is a beautiful bag.

Is the Azaria original the same size/ capacity as the joy xl? Which is larger?

@@LinhWing thanks! and as for Azaria original vs grand, what bag is closest to Azaria size? Does the twelve little midi go compare to the original size? Deciding between original and grand… + joy xl

@@Mommyingthis I believe the midi go might be a bit smaller than the azaria original. Based on product dimension, the Joy XL is still bigger than the grand and original azaria.

@@LinhWing ok thank you! Honestly you have made me buy so many bags lol. I have the midi go and I find it a tad to small for me but I felt the on the go would be too big. I mostly have medium sized bags but they’re too small for me for long days. I’m looking for a large leather one now. Even the MB Kinney was a bit too small, Emmy worked better for me. I’m an over packer. Deciding between Azaria grand and joy xl
