It's the best world event since launch, which isn't saying much because researchers, superbloom, and time rifts were all terrible. The event progress scaling with the amount of players participating is a good change, as is the frequent pace of events, but ultimately I'd rather them completely axe these events since they end up dying less than a month after launch and instead focus on making a mini-raid or a dungeon or something that will have more staying power.
@@onyonrong9244 I'd add that they *can* seem a bit off. Like how the Iskaraa soup event was regularly happening while we were supposed to be hunting for the Incarnates. A raid, at least, you know you're going there to kill bad guys, it always works as a priority task.
Eadweard actually has a model currently in the game located in Thaldraszus, and he looked the same, glitchy af when I saw him. I wonder if it was on purpose or if it's a bug that's been in the game since launch
9 minutes and then starts again in 5 minutes? I'm waiting and it says it doesn't start for 40 more minutes. Just did the weekly and now has 48min wait timer, seems like its once per hour.
wo i was really hoping they'd ease the current raid transmog farm with the rewards from this event, like time rifts did before. Won't spend much time there.
I am happy this cosmetics are on game! Since i knew cosmetics was only from Recruit-a-friend. I dont have good friends who into wow. I wanted cosmetics so bad. Final i can self farm!
Well dang, was really hoping for a Library tab to the Collections page. SO many lorebooks cluttering up the bank, but can't even put em in void storage. >.
Funny fact. Blizzard actually listend because there where tons of people unhappy about the recruit friend outfit being locked behind such system. Now we get 2 versions of it + all sorts of items to transmog with. I don't understand the fuzz about it being boring, yeah its a rep grind and all but its better then nothing? Did people forgot SL season 4? 'fated raids''and some random dogshit dungeons for nearly 3/5 months? Idk. I'd say impressieve leap blizzard. Keep giving more stuff and more content when ever its this a story ark or new stuff. People should be more appriciated by some kind of efforts, while its anjoying that some things seem to be the 'norm' these days with WQ's and other examples, this is genuially good. Its actually rewarding and not locked behind a time gate or a cap. i'd say good job blizzard keep at it (personal opinion but yeah. *shrug*)
I only want the backpack. The rest is kinda soso imo. Even the mount is nothing different from the other one we already have, but that one has purple reigns instead of blue. Maybe they'll add more later. For now it's kinda lame.
How is this fun? all ive heard the entire video is how much work and how to optimize it. Is this really what the WoW fanbase became? a bunch of choreboys doing chores in game to get some shitty bread crumbs? like transmog and a low chance to get a shitty uninspired mount? I'm legit sad.

Gee, absolutely nothing in this patch for anyone who does not care about collecting useless stuff in the game! I understand that some people enjoy collecting, but there are also those of us who could not care any less about collecting!!!

This is boring. Is there even any lore being added? Isn’t that the idea behind the name?? Edit: They could have done the whole pages things with the rewards included AND given us, I dunno short stories about the different races on Azeroth or locations kind of like in legion with the artifacts lore. Is it really that hard to implement stories into the game??
Why are you guys so pessimistic about everything all the time. What you see here is from a testing server. Can you really not think far enough ahead to think it could have more to it than shown here? He already mentions many times in the video things aren't complete. Don't be so trigger happy.
Oh boy a grind for cosmetics... pass. Has Blizz completely forgotten the whole concept of an "adventure" game? When your D&D genre "adventure" game focuses on organizing rocks, picking flowers and weaving baskets, you have definitely lost your way

Seriously, aren't you tired of being whiny and picky? 70% of the playerbase are collectors of either Mounts, Transmogs or Battle Pets. Just because you are whining does not mean nowhere near that Blizzard has lost their way. Go back to MoP where we didn't have content for almost a year until WoD Released, whine there.

Also 70% player base of people that cant do PVP and PVE because its too fucking difficult and the learning curve is insane. They rather pay boosts and ahead of the curve than waste hours of their lives dying to horrible boss encounter design or a dude in PVP with 100 addons that optimize his gameplay and show the cooldowns of enemies and allies.

@@KiuanTroll Its fun for any player who has interest In cosmetics and mounts. And most players I've seen or know do content on their own. I'm aware many sell and buy boosts, and so is the case In every other MMORPG Game I've seen. Just because you dislike it does not automaticaly make it a bad event, or wasted time for those invested. It beats having nothing to do for the next 8-9 Months.
Imagine adding a shovel and a mining pick tmog, a boring non-flying mount, a re-colored set and u expect ppl to grind this People are waiting for new content and patches yet they receive this XD
