It's weird how they choose not to make most 5* meta ships decent, considering the amount of farming they take

Nagato Meta feels like a pure mobfleet ship. - She shields your IJN ships - She increases the healing your ships receive Both skills increase the survival rate of IJN ships

I'm mad that Kaga is dead, but at the same time confused as to how the heck it happened in the first place.

Ibuki augment is a step in the right direction for players who bother to actually play torpedo manual. Put her in front so that she fires first, and you have 1.5 sec of safety while unloading in front of the boss. It's not enough to really make the playstyle safe, but it's something.

After that last popularity poll, basically waiting for Essex META. That design is so damn good.

I wish these unique modules would cost less to craft/max out. I know that's a minor gripe but it always makes me pause and say "is this really worth making for this ship"

IMO her synergy with IJN is better considering how META doesn't have ships as strong as IJN's. I doubt many players would prefer METAs considering the above. The "barrage enhanced if no IJN ships" is kinda dumb though, it grinds my gears to see parts of a ship's kit being antisynergistic with each other. She'll still good despite this but it's still annoying. Dunkerque's aug is better than expected considering her rarity, at least she's now more usable than the average elite BB/BC. Tashkent's meets expectations in a good way, Exeter's in a bad way. I hate Shiranui so no comment on her lol, that scammer and the other cat scammer will never sail in my fleet. Ibuki's aug is nice, hopefully the other PR1s will get good augs just like her and Izumo, and hopefully this isn't just Manjuu trying to please JP players ahead of anniversary.

Ibuki agument is really great! I test it and she just deleted enemies HP. Also, is Zuihou's 2nd skill work on the tempesta? I'm quite curious.

I like Zuihou a lot , she may not be Unicorn but she doesn't need to be one , i like the ability to heal main fleet on demand and unlike Unicorn , she can deal passive surface damage with 10s cool down in between . Unicorn may have first strike but Zuihou catch up on 2nd strike and just keep pouring more airstrikes , both normal and ability afterward . Also she buff main fleet damage , dunno if it affect her too .

Another potentially interesting ship ruined by this "not use ships that you want to use" bonus, same as KGV. What a shame.

I don’t get the argoment of meta ship buffs instead of ijn why? Simple nagato is litteraly one of the main leaders of the Sakura empire that litteraly is dedicated to her faction, it woudnt make sense for her to help metas especially if this nagato is a temporary corruption instead of someone from another timeline like other meta ships.

Well her enhanced barrage damage is absolutely insane, the projectiles do 9.4 k per salvo in a similar pattern to Big Seven Sakura, to compare Owari's barrage was around 3 k vs light and 2.5 k vs medium (but has 100% proc chance). So against mob fleets Nagato Meta would shred everything basically. Against other Big Seven retrofits, for West Virgina (keep in mind 70% chance to proc), is about 7 k vs light, and 5.8 k against medium. Nelson's barrage is slightly higher at 6.2 k against medium and almost 8 k against light (similar to Nagato Meta's damage due to weird HE modifiers on her barrage where the best armour matchup is against medium), but still much inferior to Nagato Meta in medium. The alternating buffs are probably a nerf tbh to compensate for Nagato Meta's sheer damage.

I'm using the event stages to farm blueprint XP.

I only did 2 pulls on Zuihou's banner and got her from construction. 2 SINGLE PULLS!!! Disgusting luck if I ever saw @Azur Lane Meta.

Weird that they don't just retrofit Nagato, she's a perfect candidate for it. Especially seeing how other members of "The Big Seven" are also starting to get retrofits as well. Same thing with Amagi, instead of retrofitting her they release yet another UR CV for IJN fleet. Regardless, I'll get both, but it's mildly frustrating.

all this time I just collect META ships to get their freebies and never upgrade them cuz the only META ship I care is Code:G. And I know too that they never gonna release her just like Yamato so yeah all META ships are gonna collecting dust at my dock for quite while...
