That fucking riff is one of the most majestic and amazing things I’ve ever heard. Like I don’t think I’ve ever heard a riff that’s as ridiculously instantly memorable.
Agreed! One of my favorite riffs of all time. Another one that's on this level, IMO: look up the album "Numinous" by the band Numinous on yt and skip to the 27:48 mark. Cheers, from one rare riff enjoyer to another 🤘🏻
Men I was so surprised when I saw him live.I couldn t understand how 2 men can make so strong music.I never knew it was a 2 men band until that night and I was sold. Now if I could only be lucky to see Mantar too!!!
It's a 10 string BC Rich "BICH". They just came back into production like three years ago. So he's likely got one that's extremely fucking old which is even cooler.
@@jinx-yuno8077 Ffs. I'm glad I saw this comment and researched it... Fucking Dagon. It's always Dagon. I have a rare hoodie I purchased from them in 2004 that I wear only rarely as to not damage it or the print, and a signed poster that came with it on my damn wall. Guess I gotta retire this shit now. Damn. I don't know how I've never heard this, as they've been my favourite BM band since I was in my teens (34 now)
@@Cessate If you are ready to abandon your favourite artists just because of some controversy popular with goodthink redditors, you didn't deserve their music in the first place
@@RashFeuer26 Where does Reddit come into play at all? I looked it up after reading the guys comment above, and Dagon has literally been busted for CP, plead fucking guilty for it too. If you're comfortable with supporting a convicted pedo just because you like the music he made, then that says more about you than anything. Pretty solid self report.
Saw them few weeks ago. Very impressive live. It was an awesome concert. We got to meet some guys from Watain and Tribulation, and got to meet Okoi, the nicest guy! Took pictures with him. A truly gentleman.
You mean a crowd that listens to your music instead of jumping everywhere? Moshpits aren't for everyone, but the music is. You certainly don't need to mosh to show respect to the artist. Maybe even you will grow out of it.
@TheInitiation His Dad's Paul Ubana Jones. Kiwi musican too. Used to see Okois band Aphelon in its early days. Saw them loads, small Christchurch scene in New Zealand. Had their early album The Ethos Elite and the t-shirt
It looks a lot like a B.C. Rich Bich, Neal was the man that designed the Bich in the 70s. The Moser Pheonix is actually the original shape the Bich was supposed to be...
I dug that a lot man. Bearbones metal. Good persona and skills and a nics intimate dynamic between musicians. Only thing i would have done differently is to put a different filter or more distortion on the guitar. Seemed too basic and midtone.
