Holy shit! The production quality on this is so top-notch! This sounds basically like the studio version, but with the band's ability to goof off and have fun in the mix lol
Yapo Mike, vengan a darse una vuelta a chile 🇨🇱 sería un sueño hecho realidad ver a Mr. Bungle en vivo sería lo más espectacular, la mejor banda, son unos putos maestros 🤘🤘🤘💪
Literally can’t stop watching this. The more I watch/listen to this album, the more it starts to feel like one of the best thrash albums I’ve ever heard.
I will say, as someone who initially couldn’t get past the disappointment of their new album just being their first demo, this album has grown on me, and it’s got some pretty good shit on it.
I have absolutely No clue what a new Mr. Bungle record is going to sound like, and I love it. Damn they sound good. Scot Ian is in Heaven right now. Is he going to tour with them?
Bro, I so want them to be opening act for FNM in Australia, we have had two shows postponed for covid( y'all can stay out here for as long as you want)
I hate most of my favorite bands new albums when they first come out and then something happens and they become the best thing they’ve ever done. It’s weird.
Mike Patton has long been my favorite vocalist of all time but then I saw David Yow and I'm thinking, "Oh, so Mike is only the 2nd best front man in this video". Long live the Lizard.
This sucks. None of the imagination and creativity of the other Mr. Bungle records. Nothing more than one of many Mike Patton side projects. There's nothing Mr.Bungle about this.
Here's a Peruvian🇵🇪 who loves this kind of music. The compositions of Mike is my inspiration to my art so I need more videos like this. Thanks guys to share what you love with music. Cheers to Peru🇵🇪
I’m really grateful for the tie otherwise I would feel like he’s a psychopath and I just don’t know if I’d feel comfortable bringing my children to see the greatest fn supergroup since fn that one dude got outta rehab!! F yeah!🤘 Thrash or dyeeeeeeeee
It is obvious that I am talking specifically about the one and only super rockstar, in the super super-group!! If your favorite super-group doesn’t collectively have more years in rehab than your IQ number, then you need to rethink your education and taste in music! Besides, being the only super rockstar in rehab means you get all of the high school bad-girls sent down the river for their kinky proclivities, why would he even want to get out?
It's so nice to watch them having a blast, at first I was really hoping for them to do some Mr Bungle/California but I honestly don't care now, I can listen to that whenever I want. Thrash bungle is so fun to watch.
@@meganh4011 Totally. Plus...I think the hair's kinda cute, tbh. He makes it work. It's Patton; he's insanely creative and has always been a bit eccentric. That's what we all dig about him. I fkn love that sort of authenticity in people. Wish there were more of it around!
Tbh it would be cool if they seen the comment and replied .. even more-so if they or one of em agreed to do the interview then we’d see who is the FOOL .. (good luck w your radio station bro .. good stuff!)
So glad to see Mike Patton bringing back the ‘Weird Al Bad Hair Day’ hairstyle. He’s always been such a pioneer in fashion and that is something that the world really needs right now. Just like every modern day movie and the censorship of everything that can possibly be deemed ‘hate speech’, fashion pioneers really do save lives by showing us the importance of bold, self expression. Thanks Mike.
Nah, this is them going back to basics. This was original Bungle. Definitely not a cash grab to jump back into old school thrash material. Just friends and musical peers goofing off and having fun.
I like this a lot and all, but does anyone else kind of miss the old Mr. Bungle? The "what the hell are you listening to? It sounds like deranged circus music" Mr. Bungle. The "doo-wop with metal guitar riffs" Mr. Bungle. The "I'm lost in the desert and all I have is my trusty camel and a fucking Marshall stack" Mr. Bungle. The "Am I tripping on acid?" Mr. Bungle.
YES! I loved all that shit. I like this new ( well, old) stuff too, because it's fun and strangely uplifting...they're having so much fun and it's infectious. But yeah, musically I don't find it anywhere near as interesting. I guess- looking at it from their perspective- it must feel like a nice change? Mike, Trevor and Trey do a lot of really weird stuff all the time. This must be a breath of fresh air....plus there's the nostalgia factor.
Thanks for this great music! What a pleasure to listen to ! I like that scotsman dancing too! Finally getting into older Mr. Bungle stuff now and enjoying that as well.
That would be amazing, but I wonder if they'd be willing to risk the backlash they would receive because of the lyrics and themes on Speak English or Die (even though that album was tongue-in-cheek). This isn't the 1980s anymore...
