First of a planned two-part playthrough of the game B-17 Flying Fortress Leader from Dan Verssen Games (DVG), designed by Dean Brown. This first part is actually the gameplay example provided with the game and will be used as the starting point for part 2 of the playthrough.

Great game, I love it. The only reason it doesn't get more playtime is how long it takes to set up.

Yes, the biggest downside of a lot of the DVG Leader games is set up time. But I agree, this one in particular is a great game.

How can you use the outbound bonus on secondary target?Shouldn't the outbound card apply to the current mission?

The rules don't say you can't use bonuses on secondary targets so I just treat them as regular targets eligible for any bonuses.

Yea I don’t know he and others do all of these play throughs of different games. A lot of rule reading me thinks.

That's kind of how I got back into tabletop - I'm a programmer and spend enough of my life staring at screens. It's nice to get that tactile, old school experience sometimes.
