I have so much respect for your deep desire to do right by God and yourself. But God won’t change you from how you really are. Gay can’t be taken away because it’s real. Gay people have to accept that they are gay. God has no problem with someone gay choosing to live a straight life, but God knows you’re gay and knows why people are gay to begin with. Other people may not be able to accept it. And they may judge, but that’s their problem. They may even try to use God as their reason for hating gay people but how can the Ultimate Unconditional Lover be used as a reason for someone’s hate? It’s just an excuse, they hate because they want to. Hate is just in them and they will have to rectify that problem eventually. I know a lot of gay people who have married straight and they have never gotten over the being gay. It’s not God who is keeping them from being themselves and being able to accept themselves, it’s them and their belief that God would ever judge them for how they really are when they have no idea why they’re gay to begin with. The bible has been tampered with and altered for the purpose of control by people who wish to enslave their brethren through divide and conquer. There was more left out of the bible than put in. You have to ask yourself why. God is Unconditional Love. That means judgement is not in God, it cannot be. All the things that we hear or read about God judging or punishing are not true. Man’s love is conditional, not God’s. Now if I’m wrong, I can accept it, but there is no way to rectify judgement being a part of Unconditional Love. Unconditional Love means love which is acceptance, no matter what. And that is just what I believe about God. A love like no other. Anyone who has tried to love without conditions knows how hard it is. Still it’s not hard for God. It’s God’s very nature.
