Malik Willis ran for a touchdown and threw for a score in his best performance in the NFL, leading the Green Bay Packers to a 30-14 rout of the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.
Willis not only won his second straight start subbing for Jordan Love, he got a sweet measure of revenge against the team that traded him to Green Bay (2-1) in August. Willis accounted for 134 of the Packers' 137 yards in the first quarter. He finished with 202 yards passing and 73 rushing.
Cornerback Jaire Alexander scored a touchdown on his first career pick-6 late in the first quarter, helping Green Bay jump out to a 17-7 lead after 15 minutes. The Packers led 20-7 at halftime and ultimately scored 20 straight points for a 27-7 advantage midway through the third, prompting a loud chant of “Go, Pack, Go!”
The Packers had eight sacks, their most since getting eight at Chicago on Jan. 2, 2005. They also forced three turnovers.
First-year coach Brian Callahan has the Titans (0-3) off to their worst start since losing the first six in 2009. Tennessee, which got a seventh-round pick for Willis after trading the 2022 third-rounder out of Liberty, has lost 21 of 27 overall.

I always love finding fans of other teams, I’m a packers fan, and hearing their opinions on their teams. We are always most critical of our own teams. Malik Willis shows that coaching matters. Stability and a strong philosophy helps so much. Then you need to be able to evaluate players. The Pack have been lucky of having 2 straight good coaches and GMs.

3 weeks??? He needed a chance. For whatever reason he wasn’t given that here. The dude is a student of the game. A quarterback is like a coach on the field. He was the opposing teams Qb in Titan practices. It looked like he was playing against a team that he plays against all of the time and that was the case.

Thts because Titans don't believe in good Blk players yes I'm starting to notice. When we have good Blk talent we always find a way to get rid of our best for Wyt trash replacement players or bums like Burks to save face. Why get Pittsburgh trash when you never gave Malik a real chance. Why put all this faith in Spears he's fucking small should have resigned King Henry and then sign Pollard tht was the move! Kept long snapper 19 yrs but we can't keep AJ Brown we suck and the organization is obviously racist and dumb!!!

I’m a pack fan and I agree sadly you guys never gave that man a chance. HE GOT THREE STARTS. He got benched by a head coach who got moved to assistant tight end coach. He wasn’t ready he was a rookie drafted in the 4th expected to preform like a 1st. He struggled behind a horrible offensive scheme and he got the blame. He was a rookie who received the majority of the blame do you guys understand that.

Mailk is thanking God for the Titans sending him to a franchise that knows how to develop QB's....and has a head coach that puts him in the best position to be successful. Also need to give props to the Pack's QB coach.... Tom Clements. He's the QB Whisperer 🐐that Aaron Rodgers & J. Love give much of the credit for their development. GO PACK GO!

That year Willis was drafted I told yall that I wanted him but I think Hawk said he wasnt going to be available. Reason i said that is because my cousin (who is now in the NFL) played for UTSA against liberty and he said even tho they won Malik was very good. We dont build around QBs like 49rs or the Ravens do. So therefore we will remain trash UNTIL we pick a QB and build around his play style.

Yup. This one hurts. I live in Washington State. I'm the only Titans fan within 100 miles of where I live. It is nice to listen to people who feel my pain. I was hyping the Titans the entire preseason and how we were going to surprise everyone. I was duped. Everything was worse than last year.

It’s crazy how lately reminds you how good Tannehill was, couldn’t see it in the moment but we we’re always in the game with him and always had a chance to comeback and win. Lately if we’re up or down 3 points I know it’s over for us.

Packers were last in pass rush because they didn't rush the passer in the first two games, they were trying to keep the QB in the pocket. Both mobile QBs. They'll do this more often going forward.

Malik Willis in Titans practices was used as the opposing teams quarterback. He knows the looks and the schemes. Why no one is bringing that up is beyond me. He just left the organization!! On defense the Packers looked like they knew what we were doing!! Malik knew how we would approach the Packers. That call against. Jeff was classic Refs vs. Titans. We got outplayed. But to me more out coached than anything else.

Finally, the Delusion should Stop🛑 now... Levis is exactly who every non-Titan fan knew he was... I've been sayin this since the summer. He’s exactly who he was in college & thts not going to change. The same guy who will spin out of a sack is the same one who won’t feel the pocket collapsing. The QB who can thread the needle on an Awesome pass is the same one who’ll throw into double coverage without a 2nd thought. Oh we had a good QB in Lynn Dickey, but rest of the team was not good. Randall from Wisconsin was not good. Ever since we had Ron Wolf as GM, it has been consistent, even with his predecessors.

What is the biggest issue with the Titans? As a Packer fan that lives in Wisconsin, it is your GM. Putting together a questionable Coaching staff, and player transactions. Didn't you all have a running back in Henry? Be patient with o line. They are young. It takes time for the most important part of the offense to gel. O line does need to hit the weight room.

If you’re team would’ve done some scouting the reason the d didn’t have a lot of sacks in the first 2 games is because we where playing mobile QBs how you should play them. Both hurts and Ar didn’t nothing on the ground against the pack. Mainly because Barkley bent us over and spanked tf out of us but besides that they played pretty good.

I hate to say it but the Titans were just blown away by Green Bay. They just got the crap eat out of them and now are 03. They should be playing against a Jr. High School football team. They are so far from being an NFL team it is crazy. What is wrong?, are they on some kind of sleeping pill or what? They don’t even know how to tackle or play football. Looks like we need to start all over again with a New Coach and Players. We can’t keep spending all the money we are speeding for a team like we have. Now the Titans are the laughing stock of the NFL.

You should blame the Titan coaches. Where was the running game? Nothing to offset GB pass rush. The Titans QB is a straight up pocket passer that doesn’t move. Easy pickings.

I am a packer fan first of all, but, i will say that it came down to gb defense. Titans had a pretty good chance on offense to do it, the oline was junk in this game. This is not a hate comment, but, i really believe that players can be what people see them as in the right schemes or coaching styles. If that wasn't the truth then Minnesota wouldnt be doing as well and Willis also wouldn't be able to do what he needed to do. When you only ask a player to do what you want them to and teams are doing shitty, ask who the hell are asking them and what they are asking them to do
