Hey dude... why don't you move your front speakers further towards the listening position. I'm sure you're wasting a lot of potential because the speakers can't radiate outwards in this way and immediately hit the wall. This will greatly diminish your stage. Have you already tested pulling the speakers at least to the edge of the side wall? almost to the point where the speaker front is at least flush with the side wall. A little further would of course be even better.
Hey, great call out. I used to have them out to the sides of the cubby. I now have a projector screen that covers the cubby with the speakers hidden behind the screen. That’s the look I was going for. You are correct and they do sound better outside of the cubby. To me they got brighter. The CT series speakers are meant to be out of sight and designed that way. They are meant to be inside cabinets or columns for a true custom theater setup. I will experiment again with pulling them out to the edge of the cubby. Thanks for the feedback.
@@magnoliamo yeah, it is definetly worth testing it buddy. but dont forget to Run audyssey aggain with the new placing, otherwise it will not sound good. your speakers are really good ones and you have enough space to place them a little better for Max. performance🤙
Any unique way to toe these in? I really like my speakers toed in...Would you need a cleaver way to add a toe in swivel on the bottom of them when mounting on the wall?
Yeah. You can buy these mounts on Amazon that can be angled in. I’ve thinking about buying these. There are holes at the bottom of the CT7.4 and 7.5 for the plate to screw in. a.co/d/4nf8CYa
