The battle droids and clone troopers had enough fighting after making a cover song that hits their hearts and cores. Catch me on these places: Twitter - / jakethefilmguy Twitch - / yakuza_plays
@@Jordan-kq3qw Kind of inspired by it. Thought that maybe there should be a universe where a group of droids and troopers didn't want to fight and start a band
@@historybytim6115 I agree, but I also feel like it will be a thing of reposting. If someone else wants to make a solo animation to the song or upload a solo cover I'm more than happy to give the droid vocals
"And I mean what was it all for? I had to shoot my Jedi comrade and a fucking Padawan." "You think that's fucked up. They programed us so badly that we have individual personalities and a fear of death. We're all just manufactured to be deactivated and thrown away by the politicians at the top." "Fuckin' A"
For real, when we actually watched The Clone Wars, this feels not only fitting, but almost kind of depressing, knowing how both the clones and the droids are both beings created only to live, fight and die in a war they never chose to, in the name of concepts they didn't even live to understand.
Someone needs to make a story about a clone trooper and his B1 battle droid sidekick. The clone has clear and present trauma due to the war but slowly learns to move on from the pain of the war and grow to care for his B1 friend.
After the war, a lone Clone Trooper veteran walked an old Clone Wars Battlefront, and among the sea of Droids a single one remained, deactivated, the Clone felt sympathetic to the Droid, he realized that both of them were played in this pointless war, so he picked it up and brought it to a person who could activate it and restore it, after activating, the Droid freaked out, it was severed from the network and free. The Clone and the Droid then became friends and sung this song.
This makes me think of a story: Kix, Final Sergent of the 501st and Last Son of Kamino, finding him in this changed galaxy completely unrecognizable from the one he left behind what felt like mere days ago finally finds something familiar a B1 with the telltale red Geonosian metal plates, FR-33 the Last Veteran of the Battle of Petranaki Arena and Final Child of Geonosis. Though they were once enemies the two find kindred spirits in one another being relics of a by-gone age, both deceived by the same cruel puppet master who used them as weapons to fight an ultimately pointless for his nefarious ends then threw them away without a second thought. And even now they can not rest in peace, as these veterans of the most devastating conflict the galaxy has ever seen, once sworn enemies now brothers in arms, stand to fight against the First Order and hopefully finally help bring the galaxy into that better future where beings like them are nothing more than a distant memory.
I don't really like the sequel era because they kinda flubed it up with the movies if you ask me, however, this is one of the better things they've done.
I honestly did not expect so many people to listen to this. Thank you all!!! I appreciate the support and I wanna continue not only making covers of songs I like, but content in general.
The vision in my head A bar..weeks maybe even days after order 66, the bartender serving both the old veterans of clones.. arcs. Troopers, pilots. And a line of b1s.. fresh reboot.. the music starts and the lines of war.. start to blur and old wounds heal
Weeks doesn't make any sense. It'd have to be at least a few years. Vets don't easily give up the notion of the enemy, especially when they begin to hate them, which doesn't happen all the time but when it does it's very hard to reverse, ask any Vietnam vet.
@mr_h831 good soldiers follow orders.. he would've been pacified.. besides.. a old robot that used to hold a blaster. Now holding a soda gun isn't gonna go rogue
@mr_h831 1. Good soldiers follow orders is the famous Order 66 clone line. I'm assuming you know this. That's why it's number one making them.. almost factory reset.. before sending them breserk. Look at the kamino clones in the bad batch.. those dont feel like our boys.. 2. Droids do get complete flashes in the mandalorian think ig or the plessieer 15 arc. Plus, a bar bot can be bolted to the floor or have restraining bolts
@YakuZA_Plays you should do this cover again, it's amazing already, but with more battle Droid voices (ie commando droids, super battle droids etc) and extra clone voices and the final verse is all of them at once!
Theres a story about an B1 who got damaged and became self aware. Some Farmers found and repaired him and he found happines in working at their farm. B2 and BX are just assholes, but our poor B1munits deserved better.
Also, when you think of the song it fits the characters singing. Also fun fact, there was a droid equivalent of order 66 which was tested on a droid. That droid decided to heal injured clones and worked with the republic until Dooku sent Ventress to.... dismantle him.
The good ending to the war. Palpatine was dealt with, a treaty was signed between both parties, while no longer in a war droids were reprogrammed and clones meet them at the weekend karaoke.
" What I remember about that Karaoke Cantina is... is how quiet it was. We all knew what was about to happen, what they were about to do. Did we have any doubts? Any private, skeptical thoughts? Perhaps, but no one said a word. Not on the wait for the music, not when they got on stage, and not when they marched to the microphone. Not a word. "
Imagine if the clones and droids stopped fighting and sung this to signal the armistice throughout the galaxy, would make for a fun alternate ending to revenge of the sith
Ok here me out Starwars D&D Campaign: Fall of Facations The War is over! Taking place directly after order 66, the newly appointed Emperor Palpatine reforms the Republic into The Galactic Empire. As the Age Of The Jedi passes, and The Sepratists Aliance takes a major blow, a former Clone Trooper and a B1 Battle Droid both stationed or Kasheeek, loss their purpose, seeing they are both victims of war. After coming to the conclusion its too dangerous to travel alone and with the rapid rise of the empire, both decide to stick together to escape off world, and take on the dangers that follow from breaking off both factions....
This is a REALLY good cover! I think it would be cool also to have another version of this, but with more clone and battle droid voices ie Super Battle Droids, Commando Droids, etc, and the last verse has all the voices at once.
This made me subscribe, amazing job that's so moving for some reason. If you would ever make one with What a Feeling and the Clones voice for the meme I will be your slave for life
The depth of the galaxy far far away when the empire was at its last knees, which the hidden clones and lost battle droids finally rose up to fight the final battle with the new republic to finish the remain imperialist whist hitting a tune to fight for there true and only galaxy far far away…
I imagine a clone and a droid who just happened to meet in a bar when they were pouring out their sadness. They looked at each other and realized that it was pointless to fight with each other, because now the Empire had thrown them out and no one needed them.
Have an AI make a picture of a b1 and clone trooper under a tree watching the sunset with a oil can and beer respective and this song in the background, man what a banger that would be.
Lmfao I'm dieing listening to this now where's the animated video? So good this is something that would have happened after the war. When two foes can come together to united and create good shit lol.
