Ok, typically when I see these videos I question why a creator like yourself makes this type of content, and I figure it's to make an easy video/money etc. But, if the accused, in this case being Baablu can't even provide an unedited version of the manhunt, that seems pretty suspicious to me. If this were a minecraft court, Baablu may as well have "taken the 5th".

same thing with dream. as the stakes got higher and higher and common strats were used, both hunter and runner know they gotta fill up the "clutch" quota for the video and don't want to reuse the same ones every time or up the stakes with harder and weirder clutches. editors hand pick seeds for cool starts, runners start hard pushing for obscure things like ladder clutches when boats or water are way safer, and hunters hold back or get less tryhardy to make sure the video is longer than 5 minutes. dying with only berries is a little sus but on brand for jack, but fantst outing that seems even more sus, like you suggest, literally telling baablu "hey, in case you need a clutch, jack died with only berries on him." I remember being so peeved he ate all his berries there when they're well known for clutching and he had the bread on him. the wood for building blocks seemed incredibly intentional, like he wanted to lock that type of clutch off immediately. honestly, with how quick jack was about the obscure bed respawn thing, I wouldn't be surprised if the entire beginning was scripted, like "at some point, I tower straight up, you guys do bed respawn, I pull off berry clutch, then we play the rest of the run from there"

Always nice to theorize, even better to put 2 and 2 together. The truth is that baablu has ignored or at very best refused to give undeniable proof of a completely legit manhunt, while dream is still getting drowned in controversy for uploading fully unedited manhunts (not that he is fully clear of suspicion)

@@LuminousXDMC yeah, i mean, even with fully unedited vods, that doesn't rule out the possibility of staging / scripting certain parts of the video. you can never plan for missing the clutch, so there's always a certain level of improv to manhunts, but it doesn't rule out the possibility of scripting big tower sections or end sections that are under their control. I think what is worse, is just the very fact that both hunter and runner know it's for an audience, so instead of going for the most optimal play, they go for the most sensational one. Like, sure it gets boring if you never learned any clutch past the water bucket, but if you have a water bucket, use it. at best, I think that's probably what happens in most of these manhunts, is that both parties are plotting or scheming grandiose plans to one up the other with this meta knowledge between runs and that the vid has to be entertaining, so they all culminate into these forced scenarios because both are tunneling for that one sick clutch or glitch for the vid, making it seem scripted, cause it's influenced by their bias to new strategies

me personally I don't think it's stagged bc the hunters were probably running sometimes because they're trying to kill him without taking damage and dying.(kinda like bedwars players fighting on a bridge near their base) The human brain doesn't function well under pressure espically when you're close to victory so I understand that one. also the thing about the raw footage could just be that he doesn't have it. As a creator myself I normally just delete the raw footage after editing everything so that I can have space on my hard drive. All in all it probably isn't fake instead it's the hunters being stupid since their close to victory. This is a psychology thing which I forgot the term for but I think you can figure out the term if you look it up. Also the thing with wood was probably panic building, you can tell he's panicking in his mouse movements and rapid spam clicking on the RMB. anyway nice video😁

On the tower, you have baablu right where you want him, “annoying to die every second” is not an excuse and is not even a fact, as long as they even got one hit on baablu they were forcing his health down with no consequences, also I forgot to mention in the video, but there is a cut in the tower where instead of a dirt block separating him and the hunters, it’s a granite block. Honestly I think the best videos are the ones where the runner intentionally plans out clutches or traps/ideas that could work without telling the hunters to still have an unscripted and unstaged video, but one that makes good content. Staging the whole thing is boring though.

so i looked into the clip a bit more, and can we just talk about the cut right before the clutch, first of all, chat is cleared, since both jack and ondres died, and it takes like 5s for messages to go off, so they would have waited for 5 seconds or baablu cleared chat for no reason since he never does it, second, we can see baablu eating bread and regen 1 heart, so for him to regen full health it would take atleast half a hunger bar, but no, nor he ate, or lost, so that could prob be a cut

A lot of people say its obviously unscripted, which is very interesting to hear. Some clutches are easier than others, but it would definitely make sense for a lot of them to be set up. What is significant about this clutch is that it was the most like what you see in staged clutches, sparking controversy.

He is very, VERY good at parkour, I dont know if yk what MCC is but you can see all of that, he has 7 minecraft championship wins all in which takes pure skill to win those games He was the only one that won parkour warrior and other things multiple times, came first in multiple of the minigames, and overall. Thats a variety of skills shown and ofc even if his manhunts are fake, it aint faked ENTIRELY. an unedited version would be almost impossible to fake, I just believe he stages some of his clutches.
