The bail conditions, the lawyer dismissed it on so many grounds, especially on the grounds that, its a bailable offense ,why should it be paid for, thats the issue, especially since he is not going to be running away, since he rebuffs it, Baba ijesha can't be released, so people will feel its sketchy, it's Nigeria now, so many things will go wrong and not be truthful
Three lawyers which include one Jane Oluwaseyi-Ogunbiyi were the ones who connived with the police to collect bribe before releasing the man. Ogunlana disagree with the bribe, that was why police with the support of Jane tries to tarnish Ogunlana image as an interloper. A detained accused can not give press statement in Nigeria... This is purely the handiwork of the police, but Ologundudu got it all wrong
