I know some of the Hospital ships come and go out of Naval Base Ventura County Port Hueneme and sometimes Point Mugu. I am a Ventura County Born Native. And when little I used to live near the Hueneme Port so I got to see the ships come and go. Both Navy and Commercial depending on the side of the Port whether it be commercial or Navy. In Emergencies Navy Always took Priority in coming and going. Plus if bad enough The base got priority over the commercial side to on rare occasions I remember a few cases they were transferring supplies from commercial ships to Navy so they could get out in a hurry.

His Swahili was on point.but most of us in Kenya are guilty of not knowing proper Swahili unlike our Tanzanian brothers.
