It's because standard of PSL is low so players quality level when they get to international is even lower. Standard of IPL is higher that's why when they transition to international cricket is even higher.

I agree wiith you what's Saim is doing, but who is responsible for bringing him so early, he was not ready, he has talent but needs more practice at international level. But don't forget, we have been giving shadab the chances after chances since last 3to 4years, no result, so giving chances to saim is nothing, also check the history of pak cricket, Shoaib malik was also a parchi, he was given so many chances and for so many years, and just how many matches we lost in his captain ship, he was the most garbage player and has made so much money without having any talent.
