Out of all the parties I had as a kid, I legit remember having the best time at the family bbq style ones vs the few that were at fancy venues. At the family bbq parties you can run around get dirty and play crazy with the cousins 😂 At the fancy places I would always be uncomfortable and itchy in my extravagant little dresses and we weren’t allowed to get messy or even run around incase we broke something 🙄 lol I most def preferred, as a kid (honestly even now), the lower key events in the back yard 💃🏻 sooo much more fun!! Family trip sounds amazing. Making memories together, as well as giving him the opportunity to experience so many different environments as a child especially, is the greatest gift you can give your son for sure 🥰

I felt so guilty as a parent not to go all out but the day ended up being perfect with ALL family around, even fam that hadn't met Kruz yet. They had a cake at the services for him and everyone sang happy birthday to my little light. This video hit home! Sons are such a blessing.
