If that were in fact true, SPM would have retained a lawyer for retrial based on new evidence and the person who coached the "Victim" would have been arrested for false report and perjury. A civil suit could have also been brought against the victim. None of that has happened.

If the victim publicly admits that she falsified evidence under coercion then SPM would be out of jail or out on bond until a new trial could be scheduled or they would release him. SPM is not dumb to allow a public admission like that to go answered. His lawyers would be all over it and the public would demand answers. Yet nothing has happened.
