Baby chicks macgyvered heat source 

Macgyver a box and utilizing the incubator top as the chicks heat source...I find it is so easy to set the heat temp, the incubator top will adjust keeping the chicks nice and comfortable. I used the box the incubator came in as their nest, however any think any box would work, I just chose to use the incubator box. when the chicks no longer need heat, it all gets cleaned up and put away until the next batch.
