Its funny/frustrating that the part I'm confused with was already attached in your video so you didnt actually go through it. It's the nylon runners....I'm not sure which way the groove on the lower is ment to be facing (inwards or outward?)
Hi. if your ordering parts we send these with a left or right written on them so easy to tell. Or see our parts page on website pamcocots.co.nz/COT-PARTS/
Hi - what is the name of the tool you use between 2:07 - 2:10 ? trying to disassemble one side of the cot and having trouble getting the appropriate equipment, many thanks
Hi. Pop onto our web site pamcocots.co.nz/COT-PARTS/ to see all our parts. Then email us for what you need, colour, quantity and delivery address. E mail parts@pamcocots.co.nz Many thanks Pamco
the instructions are 100% useless with this. they say use screws C and D, then don't actually say how to put them in, but if you skip 2 steps it then says it's for when you have it set as a Toddler. which this video shows only how to set it up as a Toddler not new born
The screws come in bags with letters on them - that's how you know which is which. The screws go through the cot ends - very simple and as it only has 2 base heights you choose which height you need. Should be very easy?
