Confession: During my last ultrasound, I found out from my OB that my baby was too small and that we both needed to catch up nutritionally. Thankfully, I got to meet the peeps at Aptamom, a cereal bar made for pregnant women. I flew to Amsterdam and they taught me SO MUCH, so I created some recipes to help preggo moms and their babies with prenatal nutrition.

I noticed you had a bruise behind your elbow...correct me f m wrong but is thst cause of your blood tests..i remember 2 yrs back before i had surgery i did also comprehensive blood tests and had same bruise as yours..
