A breeding herd of elephant's crossed the olifants river on the 28th of december only to find that the current was to strong and too deep on the far side bank for a baby, who was washed away and nearly drowned had it not been for its mothers sheer determination to get it safely out, this video is long but every moment shows the immense struggle that mom and baby overcome
