Baby Food Meat - Food for Baby's Brain Development 

Baby food meat is very easy to make at home. Homemade baby food meat is the best for our baby. Making meat baby food for the first time may prefer to introduce baby food meat puree. Meat for baby food is a good source of protein.
Meat is also a good source of iron. Iron is essential for brain development and body growth. Babies with an iron deficiency may be less physically active. To increase iron absorption, include foods that are high in vitamin C. Vegetable high in vitamin C like tomatoes, bell peppers, broccoli, spinach. Fruits high in vitamin C like citrus fruits, melons, strawberries, grapefruit, guavas.
Here we share baby food meat recipes for your little one :
Recipe 1 |Meat with Potato and Broccoli
Ingredients :
50 g minced Beef
1/3 cup of diced Potato
1/4 cup chopped of Broccoli
1 tablespoon of chopped leek
3/4 cup of Water
How To :
Add 3/4 cup of Water
Add the minced beef and stir them
Add Potato in a saucepan
Turn on the heat
Cover and cook for 10 minutes
Add the broccoli
Cook for another 5 minutes
Add 1 tablespoon of chopped leek
Cooking is done
Transfer them to a bowl
Add some of the cooking liquid
Then mash them with potato masher/ spoon
For a younger baby, you can blend them with a blender
Baby food meat with Potato and Broccoli is ready :)
Recipe 2 |Meat with Rice, Carrot, and Tomato
Ingredients :
50 g minced Beef
1 tablespoon of rice
1/4 cup of Carrot
1 tablespoon of tomato
1 tablespoon of chopped leek
1 cup of Water
How To :
Add 1 cup of Water
Add rice and the minced beef
Then stir them
Turn on the heat
Wait for the water to boil
Add 1/4 cup of Carrot
Cover and cook for 30 minutes
Add 1 tablespoon of tomato
Cover and cook for another 10 minutes
Meat and tomato also a good combination to increase iron absorption
Cooking is done
Mash them until you reach the right texture
