Agar baby nhi kha rahi to ap new dish roj try kre.... Khana waste hota hai ,pr us pr dhyan na de... Bus roj new food ya dishes bna kr de.... RU-vid pr dishes search mt kriye , balki ap log jo khate h wahi khilaye ( not chilli). Starting Easum se kr skti hai , dal rice , aaloo paratha, boiled veg ....thoda saja kr do ,bacho ko acha lgta h😊😊😊. Baad mai jb ye sab khane lge to youtube se dishes try kre ❤😊

Aap lunch aur dinner mein same rakh sakte ho, but dene se pehle aache se garm kar k hi dena, agr koi meal mein breast milk ya formula milk add kiya hai toh aap single use hi kare. Qki wo kharab hojata hai.
