I noticed over the past months, the masks falling off of many people who've smiled in my face, but since I decided to focus on ME and SET my boundaries; all of a sudden, they do not like me. Ok... I would say stop dealing with people who hurt you. Stop tormenting and traumatizing yourself by keeping these people who have proven to be harmful around you. You won’t feel guilty when you stop dealing with them. If you can get away from them (because they’re family or you live together) limit your interactions with them.
