Keem was one of the most talented people I have ever met. I don't care how much people say "He Is CaRrIeD bY hIs EnGiNeEr" first of all I'm pretty sure Mike Dean or any other engineer wouldn't want to waste his time on talentless people. Secondly, Travis is an essential part of the equation. Even if you take the most basic melodic vocal chain (AutoTune and reverb), no one can ride it like Travis can. Does he rely on vocal effects? Yes. Is he being carried by his engineer? Hell no.

Travis has to place those words, hit the tone at the right time and maintain the flow over the beat. Let not forget Travis was producing for YE at one time. The dude is the autotune king of this era. He revamped cudi sounds and made it better.
