this looks lovely, but im worried i didnt see any meats/proteins being included, but rather a lot of simple carbohydrates like fruits. Lets remember that complementary nutrition starts at 6 months so babies dont become iron deficient....
In this video I introduced some of the meals my baby ate. But you are right she didn't have any meat, because lentil, tofu, quinoa, and beans are full of protein and iron as well)
I wouldn't force her to eat. If you give her purees, keep doing that and gradually introduce the finger food. Try different types of food. Maybe she doesn't like the carrot, but would eat avocado, for example. It takes time) All babies are different and you are the only one who knows her the best. Just follow your gut)
