What My 12 Month Old Eats In A Day 2022 | Easy & Realistic Meals/Snacks
Today I am going to be showing you what my 12 month old eats in a day! I am going to be showing you easy and realistic meal ideas for a 1 year old! I will be taking you through the day and showing you what Amori eats for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Some of the things that she eats are warm milk (Vitamin D/Whole Milk). We currently switched over to 2% milk due to some GI/Constipation issues. Breakfast included eggs, fruit, and waffles. Snack included goldfish, turkey meat, and mandarin oranges. And Dinner included white sauce chicken enchiladas, green beans, and graham crackers. These are the meals that she had on this particular day, she does not eat this daily.
