I bought mine in July of 2019. I didn’t get it from the store until October. I had to threaten them to return my money before I received it. Then I was promised lessons on how to use it, then never received any. I have learned more from your video than owning the machine these past few years. Thank you for your time and effort! I purchased a used Crescendo recently and have watched your video to help me learn the machine functions. The problem with the video is there isn't a zoom in on the buttons so keeping up visually was more difficult in this fast overview. I did enjoy enjoy it and appreciate your demonstration.
The camera is too far away from the screen to see what icon she is pressing on, and doesn't show the stitches she just made up close. You have to watch this side by side with your machine to figure out what icon she is using. However it does explain the basic functions of the machine well.
When doing these videos in the future you should really use contrasting thread from the color of fabric that’s you are using. The only time I could even see the stitches was when the camera came in close.
Nice video. Just got my machine. You were a little too fast for this newbie while threading the machine in the beginning and your machine was not close for me to see how it was threaded. Everything else was good
