You guys are such a sweet family. I love your recliners, they are perfect for your space. I wish I had had a "nursing nook" with a lazy boy when nuraing my four.... that is going to come in handy. Blessings!!!
I was blessed that my children didn't seem to have sibling rivalry. I kept a stack of books that were only used when I was nursing and I would read to the older kids while the baby nursed. You will need to nap when baby girl does, but that is a great time to share some snuggles with Gideon. Keeping you all in my prayers!
You know they want the cheapest except for ginger who bought that 300 dollar coat in LA AND the brothers with cheap used twin beds for their place they live at...
Yes they are the best. The only thing is you never feel comfortable sitting on anything else. I like leather too they are so much easier to keep clean, especially if males are using them.
I was never able to nurse my two chilldren because I never got any milk. I was so sad, not getting that bonding. The doctor told me it happens to some people and that is why some mothers donate breast milk. I had to use formula. Certainly I was able to bond with my babies, just in a different way. I think some women judged me for pulling a bottle out, but I knew they did not know I couldn't so I just took it in stride. It is so nice you have a comfy chair dedicated to that special feeding time. To me, Lazy Boy is one of the best and most comfortable chairs made. Love your family! Thank you so much for sharing. It puts such a big smile in my heart.

I always got my older child a new baby doll from the new baby that they could love on while I was nursing or changing the baby. I was recommended that by both my pediatrician and OB and it helped so much.
It’s definitely a good suggestion. I’m a kindergarten teacher and the boys love to play with the dolls. It teaches gentleness and care. It also opens up role play as “daddies” who look after the baby just as much as “mommies”

We got 2 lazy boy recliners used from my husbands grandparents, we used them for years, bought different chairs twice to replace them and I still keep going back to those! They’ve got to be almost 20 years old by now and you’d never know!

We got the Lazy Boy “Jay” recliner and reclining couch right before the pandemic and they are so comfortable and stylish. Looks just like the ones you got. Best of luck with yours. Momma and Daddy need a comfy place to rest with soon to be 2 kids
