Just read that Fiona Harvey (real Martha) is going to 'set the record straight' in her first public appearance.... dear lord ... please no .. why somebody would give her any attention . She's nuts ..even if only 50% of the show would be true .

It's not that she's "too good" for him, they weren't good for each other at that time. Donny wasn't in a good space mentally, and Teri had already found stability in her life.

@@mitzy123 That's a terrible thing to say, especially knowing that the reason he allowed Martha to be in his life was because she was providing him with the "acceptance of masculinity" he needed after feeling "less of a man" for being abused by another man

There are steps to get a full restraining order such as like physical proof of stalking and stuff. You have to do alot to prove the person is a threat.

Wasn't he sleeping with everyone before meeting her tho? I saw it more as him finding out who he finds attractive after his SA, hence all the men and women he skipped out on right before meeting her.

Terri definitely deserved better, by the character’s admittance, because he couldn’t fully love her and value her because he hated himself, but it was obvious through the show’s portrayal that he loved her, for the most showcased reason that she was strong and confident and unashamed of who she was. He wanted to be with her, but his shame seeped into her life like a poison, and she had to end it.
