Hey there Tim! My husband grabbed a photo with you at Tesla the other day. Brown ponytail and beard. I wanted to say something he didn't get a chance to. I'm a performer at all the local parks and you have been filming me perform for at least ten years now at all of them. I wasn't aware until recently that theme park vlogging helped capture so many moments that were special to me. Thanks to people like you I was able to show my husband several of my performances from before we met that he wouldn't have seen otherwise, as I don't really have anyone local to capture memories like that for me. A huge thanks from our family to yours for capturing those memories for me to share with loved ones. One day I won't be able to do all that I do now so I really appreciate that I will have little clips to look back at in the future. My husband apologizes for the wait. Hopefully it will be quicker if there ever is a next time. See you at the parks, friend!
What an interesting occupation. I'm thinking you might know someone named Mary Katherine that "walks tall" also. She was raised up the road from me before her parents moved a couple of years ago a few miles away. I think it would be a dream job to be at the theme park in parades. Best wishes!
I have noticed anytime Tim speaks or is near, Oliver just smiles and watches his Dad, so cute to watch!😍 Love watching your beautiful family, thanks for sharing with us.
Jenn, please get your pass, we miss you at universal🥺 you need a freeze ray pop and minion tots and a velocicoaster and Spider-Man and all the things! Love myself some home vlogs, they remind me of early tracker days lounging and doing errands, hanging out with y’all 🧡
I like it when you explain things with your EV. We are new EV owners. We just got the Ford F150 Lightning and have much to learn. So far we are loving it.
Ok Tim, hubby is a mechanic and he says the car has AC and DC current. The EV battery is the same current as your home and there is a converter that converts it to the current that normal cars have for the radio, heater blower, etc. you can’t run one battery under the same current as the one for the motor. I hope this helps.
I love this! Brings back so many memories. I remember it was so cool to see our babies try to figure out what to do with the spoon and they kept pushing it out with their tongue. It took a few times and then they figured out what to do. Go Oliver!
I found that whole saga with the Tesla so interesting. I never knew they have a separate battery for the little stuff. If you weren't such a go getter that car would have sat for a week. Good on you Tim.
On EV’s the “big battery” isn’t running at 12-volts, so typically it charges the standard 12-volt battery. Rivian has also had issues with the 12-volt battery.
Did you know? So this is what I heard was that mystery dum dums are actually the ending of one batch and the beginning of another so they could be pineapple and cotton candy
Aww my daughter started calling McDonald's "Happy Donalds" after her first time trying it😆 She was obsessed with it. She would save her Happy Meal boxes and all the cleanish food wrappers and we would play Happy Donalds🤣 Fun times!
I could be completely wrong on this, but I believe its just easier to keep 12 volt things 12 volt and that way it has a source rather than it being a direct current from a step down converter type thing and that battery also powers everything that allows things to keep working if the big battery is drained ie being able to get inside the car. It wouldn't surprise me if its also so it won't just drain the big battery if like something got left on, the small 12 volt battery will recharge much easier than trying to get enough charge back into the big one. This may make zero sense and I might be rambling at this point
Bananas may have been a bit too sweet for a first food, but what a cute reaction! Avocados are the perfect first foods, babies need that fat. They get a ton of fat from breastmilk, plus avocados are more neutral tasting. Egg yolks are great too. We call it a Lollipop up north!
My kids are both in their 30s and having their own fun parenting lol, but I sure remember that complete fatigue when the kids finally go to sleep! Not fun. Little Oliver got right into that banana after a few spoons lol; both the kids are just doing so well and look so healthy; and Jackson is so well rounded and happy ! You`re doing great you guys; you`re crushing it!! Love from western Canada❤🍁
I can't believe Oliver is 5 1/2 months old already. Glad he likes real food. Also proud of Jackson for being so good not being an only child. Love theme park vlogs but really love home vlogs. Thanks Trackers for sharing your Iives with us ❤
My car battery died yesterday too (not a Tesla though) and when I called the dealership they said they had been getting lots of calls from people saying the same thing because the extreme heat we’ve had here lately is affecting the batteries. Happy to see your Tesla is back up and running again! 😊
Okay, it hit me in the feels to see Oliver starting to try real food. I love hearing all of his little baby talk...so stinking cute! Good grilling music....hmm..I think I'm partial to some Spanish music (just reminds me of my childhood) aside from that then a bit of Bob Marley or The Eagles❤. So, many exciting changes and experiences...thanks for sharing them. Huge hugs and love to you guys xoxo
Fun Dum-Dum fact: The mystery flavors are actually a combination of two flavors. They make these when they are switching over the production line!!! I live in the same county and actually worked at Spangler Candy for a week during a college summer. It was not like Willy Wonka! Very hard work. 😂
Oliver did great trying solids for the first time! Costco or Sam's Club is an absolute must! You would save so much on everything, especially with having two littles in the house. I've had a Costco membership ever since my first son was born(24 years ago), and I now have four adult sons. From diapers and wipes, to meat, paper and cleaning products, clothes, furniture, and everything else. It's worth it, and your bank account will thank you for it!Do your selves a favor and get a membership. 😉
The 12v is used to start the car and switch on the main power. It's also for the lights and wipers etc. All the little things. It should recharge like a petrol car. I've seen them die often though.
I'm an EV tech the 12 volt battery is mainly to power up the high voltage system. When the HV battery is active it will charge the 12 voltage battery. So despite the 12 volt battery is weak it will have just enough voltage for short time is why you go into ready.
I love the patio furniture you picked out! I'm from Toronto and I call it a sucker if it's flat and a lollipop if it's round (like the one Jackson had).
You guys babes def both have a good mix of the two of you! Jackson looks like a perf mix 50/50 but Oliver definitely has Jens eyes, the rest is all Tim!
Hey Tim, what happened to the lizard in the grill? Was he able to run out before it got too hot? Keep us updated on the pool and if they get all of the dust out.
Since he's not used to eating with a spoon, you should try the Baby Food Bottle. My daughter used it and inhaled the Bananas. The nipple has a larger hole, making it easier to eat. The bottle holds 1 small jar of Baby Food. Works really well. It's a "Must Have" product.
I have Wet N Wild cabana patio furniture. When Wet N Wild closed they had a UO team member sale and I got a cabana patio set for $95. The cushions aren't in the best of shape but it sure is heavy duty.
Hey Tim, on the car batteries, I asked the same question to an engineer and they explained that the small battery is 12v and the battery for the drive is 300-400v so they have separate batteries.
Anything from Jelly Roll or most country sounds from the 90s to today.. Love your new backyard area. I'm so happy for you and your family. Have a great night and enjoy dinner.
Thank you for sharing the firsts and milestones ❤ Ive been watching since 2014 and its been really neat watching yall grow from a young couple to a family! As far as outdoor grilling/swimming music goes, we love to play Caribbean Calypso music! Its such a vibe!
The third day we had our Tesla we went out to a dead 12volt battery! My husband took the front panel off on the front and jumped the battery. It has not happened since also we have a Volt also! We are vehicle twinsies
Make sure you get the right size stools for counter height (24ish) versus bar height (28ish). The bar height stools will sometimes fit under counter height counters, but they are not comfortable to sit in.
Just a reminder for new parents it’s not just showing interest that is important for starting solid food:) They have to meet ALL signs of readiness including no tongue thrust, sitting unassisted, really should be 6mo but people try it sooner. Not knocking the trackers at all but they did not mention these things & I don’t Want new parents doing it too soon thinking just showing interest means they are ready. Also food should be for fun at this age Breastmilk or formula should be their main source of nutrition. Don’t replace it with solids. Just for new parents watching.
Tim, in my 2021 Y I had 7 service calls for the 12v battery. They replaced the battery 3 times, they replaced the BCM twice (said the first one that I got in was bad) and finally they replaced the wiring harness and it has been good since then. I can tell you when mine was dead I could still use the keyfob to unlock the doors and get into the car, not sure if the phone app would have worked. It still ran and everything but it told me the performance would be limited or something and not all normal features would be working. It just used the big battery to power everything else. We're about 50k miles in so far and so good.
Hi, this was a great family home vlog😊 Time flies by, Oliver is 5 1/2 months old already😮😊 Oliver trying solid food for the first time was so cute, he didn’t know what to think, adorable😊 Glad Jackson is doing good to😊 You always do good editing and being a Mom and Wife, Jenn😊 Tim doing his best at all he does, and still have lots of time with his family, awesome 😊 This was a great Family Vlog, love that y'all are living the best life that y'all can. Be Safe Take Care 😊❤❤❤❤
Another milestone with Oliver! I feel like a proud Aunt watching him even though I never met him. If it didn’t have breast milk in it you could have shown him that Mama and Daddy like it too. Maybe Oliver just needs to see you guys approve like when you’re actually eating. I feel like it wasn’t so long ago Anyway I was watching the vlog of him being born where does the time go?
Aww Oliver's expression eating his first food so precious. Glad the car was sorted and the patio furniture! Also we live in the UK and my grandkids also always call macdonalds old macdonalds, they are 8 and 3 and its so cute ❤
Lovely family video as always 🎉 I’m sorry for the challenges with the car! It’s rather uncool how labor intensive it is to replace … even getting into car - especially for such a fancy car! Also not pleased that they wanted you to wait a week. I mean who are they thinking a family can go without a battery. Anyway glad you got it fixed !!! Thank you for all your hard work in these videos. 🎉
Loved the video oliver expression trying banana is so cute the taco looked good. oliver us so cute and getting big cant believe is 5 1/2 months old now. and now it's time to pay the price
The 12v battery is charged by the large battery just like an alternator would do in an ICE car. However there is a life span on these types of batteries usually 3-5 years some batteries last longer but should be replaced at this time intervals. You can buy an automotive lithium battery but they are around 700 to 800 dollars a normal automotive battery is around 200 and don’t require a heater like a lithium ion would need. The Tesla requires 12v for computers and radio and fans cameras. Teslas usually have more draw when not driving because premature failure due to fans and hearting elements for the large battery
I saw that Cinderella bed and fell in love before I was even pregnant! Years later, after I had my first daughter, I had to buy it! Then, bought a second one for my next daughter! They both still have it and they're 15 and 12! (The "carriage" part comes off and makes for a "big girl bed"❤)
Jenn. Take a tennis ball and place it between you and the wall and roll it around where your sciatic pain is and when you have time use the tennis ball and roll it around on the bottom of your feet. Hard enough to feel the pressure, but not hard enough to hurt. My sciatica flared so bad after having kids and this helped me tremendously
I have a Hyundai PHEV which also has a small battery for the same reason as your Tesla. The only thing is that Hyundai provide a way to open the door manually (via a cover on the handle)....
Being able to move the food from the front if his mouth to the back is also a sign of readiness, if more comes out and needs to be scraped off the chin and put back in his mouth he might not be quite ready.
@@erinchavez1545 This is true, but free samples and the frozen pizza they have that’s the size of the Walter white pizza is worth the price of admission. Also, there’s this bag of spinach raviolis that are heavenly. You can probably get them elsewhere but I’ve only ever seen them there
As a family of 4, costco is a must. Also, with the executive membership you get a percentage of your yearly spend back as a rebate, and the minimum amount of the rebate is the cost of a basic membership. I can only imagine Tim Tracker costco haul videos, lol.
Hi Tim and Jen, Love your videos. Electric cars are great however you should really consider getting a regular gasoline vehicle and I strongly suggest not parking any electric car in the garage. Also the golf carts you saw at Lowe's are imported and while they are great in the beginning it will be challenging to find someone to service it when it needs it, stick to the following brands: Ezgo, Cushman, Club Car or Yamaha Ezgo and Club car are very popular. Keep the videos coming 😊
My Tesla 12V battery went out this weekend when I was inside the car. I was trapped until I figured out where the manual door latch was. The Tesla service person told me that these batteries tend to go out every 2 years or so and faster in the heat of summer. Not thrilled with this situation.
Even crazier, the battery can have just enough juice to let you get into the car and then die without warning. And since the doors open with an electronic button instead of a normal handle it needs power from that small battery to operate. There was an article earlier this month about an owner getting trapped in his car in his garage for over an hour because he couldn't get out or turn on the AC since the button to open the door wouldn't work. Turns out there is a emergency release that is not labeled at all and hard to see that his neighbor was able to find by googling it and telling him how to find it. Luckily his neighbor was outside and heard his cry for help. You shouldn't need to read your owners manual to know how to open the door, it should be simple and straight forward.
@@magical.kelly3435 Electric cars aren't the only one that have electronic buttons instead of physical. The Corvette is one of them too. There was a story a few years ago about a guy dying in a corvette because he walked onto a car lot after hours and got in the car and either the battery died after he got in or the electronics didn't turn on since there wasn't a key detected, I can't remember which since it's been awhile. But anyway he died cause it was a hot summer night and he couldn't get out and didn't see the emergency release in the footwell.
