Misinformation, this little guy's name is Mizore and he was born weak in the Osaka aquarium after he was rejected by his mother, the staff did all their efforts just so that he could continue living and live he did, he's one of the most interactable seals in the aquarium now❤

This is NOT in China; this is a rehabilitation center in Japan. The subtitle actually says OSAKA. Osaka, as everyone knows, is in Japan, not China. Needs correcting.

All seals have the capability to be fluffy, they just usually aren't because they're almost always wet Babies aren't born swimming so they're usually more fluffy, but any dried seal can be fluffy too

Nah, mostly because of the misinformation. That is all one seal, from Osaka, Japan. To one of the largest and greatest aquariums and rehabilitation places. It's mother abandoned it so the staff had to help raise it. Their name is "Mizore." :) I think people are upset this guy just created his own story instead of saying the truth.
