ppl don't know that getting to the nba is also about knowing ppl..there are so many ppl out there that are good enough to play in the league..you guys think nba players are on god status but reality is they are ppl out their that can hang with them..getting to league starts off with aau at a young age...if you dont do aau then its significantly harder to make it to the league...baby shaq can play in the league you can tell by his play style

I went to Alcatraz last year for the King of the Rock tournament and Baby Shaq destroyed everyone. It wasn't even close for the other players. It didn't matter how big, strong, or faster the other person was. Baby Shaq was fast, killed the other players in the paint, and didn't miss any jump shot. Trust me, this guy could definitely play in the NBA. In big basketball tournaments he has played against a lot of NBA players and has done quite well against them.

I’ve seen him play in person and these highlight videos don’t do him justice because he’s not super flashy doing a bunch of illegal and1 moves. But when you see him play in person you see why shaq said he could play in the league. Dude is a beast, i saw him in a men’s league in maryland straight demolish teams by himself and they were def not scrubs.

you ain't lying Baby Shaq played for some juco in Virginia I went to Dundalk juco in Maryland dude drop 40 on us we won the game 118 to 111 but dude was nice for real he got me wit an And One move lol🤣! We had this star player from Jersey name Dawuu Drew he was nice too this was like in the early 2000s! Im so proud to say that I played against Baby Shaq 💯💥🔥

@@valegendsakathevirginiachief damnnn thats crazy man, yeah we always have talent coming out the DMV. I played for Kendall Marshall’s dad back in the day and he would play with us in practice. To this day the best passer i’ve seen in my life.

He's alright...if he could play in the league he would be in the league. Don't underestimate NBA talent. Those guys are extremely good, talented, and super strong.

Shaq never wanted to. The real Shaq was really interested in him and literally told him he was wasting his time and to try out for the league but Shaq was happy playing in the street scene as it was much less stressful and he fit right in.

yes too slow, I never said he wasnt explosive but he is slow I just read an NBA scouting report on him and one of his weaknesses is that hes too slow. No he was not, are you telling me hes a better shooter then syk with it, AO, Helicopter and springs? Please stop thats nonsense. The NBA is not a 1 on 1 league though I bet there area lot of streetballers that could beat nba players 1 on 1 but its not that type of league.

And I still say currently AO can, AO could have been in the league as a backup pg. I think the reason baby shack is not in the league because I might be too slow to guard other players and has a suspect jumpshot.

He would be a good rotation player in lottery teams in NBA. There's no way for him to get a place in a contender or an average playoff team. He's so physical. He's better than everyone by his every athletic skills in every aspect. But NBA players are also good athletes. I think streetballers like Crawford or Alston who have pure ballhandling skills are way much better to fit in an NBA team.

he was at least an equally good shooter as the other guys you mentioned. As crazy as it sounds to you, yes the nba is an one on one league, think of all the isollation that is played and even the rule against zone defenses!!! for all i know, there are propably 1-2 guards in the whole league that could withstand a shoulder from this guy. too slow? suspect jumpshot? he was by far the best shooter in and1. What are you talkin about baby shaq bein too slow? the man is crossing people 50 pounds lighter than himself and still maintains a 35''+ vertical leap to say at least. I can name you at least 10 or 20 current nba players that baby shack would easily shit on.

C Frazier Baby Shaq 6'3, 230 lbs, 50 inches vertical!!!! If you're still not impressed, hear this. This is what Shaquille O'Neal himself said after watching Jones play, "This guy deserves to be in the league."

well, baby shaq is a bit older now. but during his prime, he was definitely nba ready. but he wasn't lucky enough to be drafted. sometimes it's not being good or not. but rather lucky enough to get in to show ur talent.

C Frazier well, a few yrs back, in goodman league, Baby Shaq did score 55 points when 2 NBA players were guarding him, 6'6 and 6'8. Granted, BS is too short to be a SF and probably not fast enough or shoot well enough to be a SG. but nobody will ever find out. There are tons of stars that went undrafted, but some lucky ones were given a chance, future HOF Ben Wallace, Jose Calderon, Jeremy Lin, Bruce Bowens, Udonis Haslem, John Starks, even Dennis Rodman barely made it and was drafted #27 in the second round.. these guys were given a chance and shined. BS was never given one, so nobody knows, but Shaq and quite a few NBA players did say BS was NBA material (few yrs back). well, he's 33 or 34 now and it's impossible to start now. so nobody will ever know.
