My fingers hurt I can not fold down pack and play

So you don't show how to put the rocking bassenette or the changing pad back in the bag you just leave that out because you showed it in the beginning but you didn't show you putting it back in the bag

I cant lock one side of my bassinet anyone can help??

Really poor engineering on the part of the manufacturer. If you get it stuck, you can't go back and unlock it to start over,
