Absolute banger of a episode. Book of Boba Fett ep7 we see how Grogu decided by returning back to Mando in a rather unfortunate time but he manages to save everyone with his force powers, twice.

I dont know. He refused to be trained by Skyealker. And choose attachment over learning the force. The Jedi claim emotion and attachment can lead to the dark side. And without proper training and control over the force. He could end up killing in rage. How many Jedi both on the light or dark side. Became powerful without guidance and training? Raw power is one thing. But without direction will it manifest?

Rancor in the 70s-80s, a terrible beast who is feared by all, the ultimate accomplishment was killing it that savage, that thing which nobody cared aside the idiot who had it as a pet..... Rancor in the 2020, an emotionally complex living being that will come to save the day of the "good" guys and all it needs is love, tender and little bit of the good positive force of a baby Yoda. Empathy has prevailed after few decades, this is the way and I have spoken.

It was mentioned at some point, that that darksaber thing was made a 1000 years ago by a someone, who was both Jedi and Mandalorian. I believe this is a reference to what Grogu will become. A Jedi and a Mandalorian, above all Jedis and Mandalorians.
