I am looking forward to the gender reveal next week! Good idea using the wrapping paper to work with what was available! I visited Holmes County for the first time earlier this week. It was chilly, but the colorful leaves were beautiful and I loved driving on all the country roads. Lots of good food and fun places to go shopping. I had an apple cider slushie at Hillcrest like you recommended in a video! It was delicious. Have a great weekend!
I always love finding out the gender of babies. In the days when my mom was pregnant (in the 70s and early 80s), they didn't have that technology at all, and that would have been really tough for me because I hate surprises. I think it is cute that Declan went with you to see the baby in your belly. He may not really remember it at all, but this video will be fun to look back on one day if he doesn't recall it. When I had my gender ultrasound for my last baby, it cost me $400, because my insurance at the time wasn't that great (said baby is now 16 months old). The price you paid is awesome in comparison. I love seeing how happy and excited you two were to go on your date and find out the gender together of your baby. The smiles are so amazing! It is always fun to guess beforehand. With my first, my husband and I guessed boy, which he was. With the second, I guessed boy but my husband guessed girl because I carried them each so very differently, but it was a boy. For the third, we just were hoping for a girl but it was another boy which I saw right away on the ultrasound before the lady told us (and we were happy). Now we are trying for a fourth if God allows it, which hopefully will be a girl, but perhaps I am just meant to be a boy mom (which is fine too). You have left us waiting for a result! Ahh! Congratulations on another amazing baby! hehe.
Lovely news about baby no2....but please, please do not film while driving.. You and your family are too precious to risk filming. We will be there for you waiting when you get home. It is illegal to use your phone or eat while driving in UK. Take care.❤
