My favorite BABYMETAL solo and one of the best songs period. The Unfinished version of this song is a soul crusher for its emotional rawness..

This is a pretty perfect song and performance, in my opinion. It does so many things right, the vocals, the dual guitars, the speed, the stage, the emotion... it‘s all great.

As an older person who discounted heavy metal BABYMETAL got me into metal music by stripping away most of the screamo and anger that covered up amazing instrumentals.

Good catch on Su's death stare at the end. I've seen it about 150 times and I still watch for it. This song sometimes incorporates choreographed fight scenes during the guitar solo part which adds an interesting twist. The video ended so abruptly...

Every look was choreographed back in the day. Now they have more freedom to find their own expressions, but they all fit the songs.

Great great one! Thanks! Being Akatsuki my personal favorite what can I say? I cannot be objective, for me this is pure gold. I totally love the double kick drumming, the guitar solo battle, the dual guitar solo, that 6-string BOH's freaking bass... and of course, there is Su and her awesome vocals and her worldwide known death stare! Not a bad way to start a weird Saturday morning, uh?

Not just a guitar solo, but dueling guitars. :-) Actually, Babymetal dancing is a good way to loose wait. Running to Babymetal songs is also an option. You need to react to some of their weirder stuff now. Now that you're used to it. We don't want you to get bored. BxMxC or BMC is their version of rap. Onedari Daisakusen is their cutest song. You could also go Catch Me If You Can it's also very cute but it's heavier. Tales of the Destinies is their most technical song, it's their version of prog metal. Sis Anger is their hardest song. You could do the music videos for elevator girl or Shanti Shanti if you want to see them all grown up. Or Doki Doki Morning music video they're 12 and 11.

Sorry i have comment about your little thing about "older people". The first generation of Metal Heads is in their 50-60 by now..... We know metal and enjoy melody and harmony very well, thank you. In my personal experience it is, actually, Hip hop and Rap fans that have the biggest difficulty to grasp Metal in all it´s nuancés. Keep growing and evolve as a person.

Helluva stage presence even then. You can see why their producer Koba decided to build a metal group around this particular young singer in Amuse, Inc's, Kid's Division back in 2010. The song title is the word 'Akatsuki' which usually combines the characters for red (aka) and moon (tsuki). On the track listing they have replaced the character for "aka" with "kurenai" (a deep red or crimson), as a tribute to the X-Japan song 'Kurenai'. As you get into BABYMETAL, you'll start to notice the use of the red moon imagery in their concerts and videos, as well as many tributes to the the hugely influential Japanese metal band X-Japan.
