Yeah i'd most likely be severely depressed since i would basically have never had a private life and my image is more important that my health and i'm barely even allowed to have friends of the opposite gender and dating is not allowed if I want to keep my job. Japanese idols are just the face of the music. They very rarely write songs themselves, and the image they have is imposed on them, they don't actually get to decide their genre or anything that goes with it. So imagine being denied a childhood and privacy in song and dance classes for the entertainment of others, only for people to comment about your success rather than the work you put out.

One of the members left the band years ago due to her health (her condition was never confirmed) and still to this day, we have no information on her. although they don't pick the genre of music they get to make, they seem happy with their decision since two members remain in the group after 10 years of being together. They have their privacy, and are healthy. I cannot say they are happy because they don't talk about that, and their label doesn't reveal info like that, but I'm pretty sure they're okay

I wasn't that high on this song at first, but it grew on me real quick. However, every Babymetal song becomes significantly better when you get to see the dance routine. It's just necessary for the full effect.
definitely. idol music is a strongly visual form. you have to see it to really get it. this group actually got me into idol music back with "Gimme Chocolate". im probs the only only one up here that doesnt really listen to metal but loves idols lol. Babymetal has been a strong influence on many other idol groups as well. they are important to idol scene as much as metal scene. always expanding the possibilities!
