I like this Kagerou version. Su danced freely and looks so natural, badass and gorgeous! The Kami Band also..their facial expression and stage act looks so in to the song, awesome 👏👏
Its sad seeing the short lived era after YUIMETAL left. The group didn't know what solid direction they wanted to go for and it was pretty obvious that they were experimenting with everything; Songs, outfits, and even sound. They wouldn't even try to play an untitled song without some major polish and some form of choreography back then, but they did it here which is pretty cool to see. Especially the fact that the Queen is having fun without choreography to follow. However I'm also happy to see that after awhile, they found themselves and the new direction they are going for.
This performance has a real band feel as she is singing with the band. Also bittersweet seeing Takayoshi using Mikio's guitar and using the whammy bar for Mikio too.
In some shape & form, this was the most 𝑀𝐸𝑇𝐴𝐿 era of 𝗕𝗠 ever. Although at this phase they lost 2 valuable great members, Still they pushed through and moved forward with the 𝐷𝐴𝑅𝐾𝐸𝑆𝑇 𝑉𝐼𝐵𝐸𝑆 ever as a tribute to their comrades.. 🙏🏻🤘🏻🙏🏻
As a casual fan myself I can say I’m amazed by the musicality and performance by the band, especially SUMETAL with vocals on point and, even though with a lack of choreography, demonstrating complete connection with the audience. Sounds to me such an introspective tune.
Raw performance with no unnecessary choreography, no pre recorded stuff except for the backing vocals , band's sound " in your face " . That's more like it
I actually like this version the best. Feels more like a real band without the often unnecessary choreography and processed vocals. Wish they would do more in this style.
I wish they kept being like this, just her and the band, no dancers, and let her move freely on stage without choreography. more raw songs, this has the magic of a real rock and metal band, while other performances are more like "theater shows". I'd love to see a whole concert like this.
