They have not put out a bad song in 3 or 4 years, do always an almost perfect live performance and top notch music videos aaaand I don´t know any other band right now that makes me feel so good and happy like EC does when I listen to them. Welcome back to the Foxhole my brothers.🦊🤘🐭 If you see comments talking about how cool was one of the singers turning around at the end, that's a reference to a video reaction they did last week. But the one who really looks cool are oc the ladies striking a pose near the end which is also the pose they used when performing live right from the beginning.💃 Last weekend of May they played this song at FOX_FEST Festival in Japan along with Electric Callboy, everyone went bonkers with this awesome collab of the year and hit of this summer. They recently released the official live if you don't wanna stop and keep pushing it to the limit. Also last weekend played together once again at Rock Im Park in Germany twice, one during EC show and the other one during BM show wearing cool new outfits. After that they played again at Rock Am Ring and we already got cool proshot clips. Pretty sure they will play this at Download Festival too.🙏 Polyphia were also at FOX_FEST playing a set and the guitarists Tim Henson and Scott Le Page played together with BM the song Brand New Day, they're special guest in the album version, they were looking for this since a very long time ago and also fans waited for this. My favorite highlights: - MoaMetal is killing me everytime she blow a kiss.💀❤️ - MomoMetal stealing the cam with her funny faces as well her harsh vocals.🍑 - SuMetal shaking it during the breakdown.💃 The "hips don't lie" is definitely a Shakira reference. The "Fu Fu" part sounds like Backstreet Boys - Everybody female backing chorus but it's probably used way back before in more songs as well Japanese karaoke. The "push it to the limit" line it could be an homage to Scarface's movie, another post disco, dance rock song with some guitar elements. The bursting the wall scene is clearly an homage to Aerosmith x Run DMC - Walk This Way MV, symbolism of breaking the boundaries with the music genres. Also one of the singers is holding up the cable with electricity during the breakdown it could be a reference to "The Cable Guy" movie. Btw when I heard the official audio for the first time i thought the second "Are you ready?" and the final "Everybody!" chorus was MomoMetal doing the backing growling but they didn't show that in the MV, although later fans spotted in the live version she was doing the backing growlings, so it was her after all. Love the euro dance and trance elements mixed with metal, they also did it with Time Wave, one of my favorite BM song from latest album The Other One. There are probably more references but I'm a little bit far away from pop culture nowadays that I'm probably missing a lot more. Next suggestion: - Megitsune official MV. BABYMETAL has done a ton of collaborations. They are featured on the F.Hero and Bodyslam song, of course, and they are also featured on Bring Me the Horizon "Kingslayer," Lil' Uzi Vert "The End," and made cameo appearances in Corey Taylor's (Slipknot) video for "CMFT Must Die." There are also several instances of other artists featuring on BABYMETAL's own songs - Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine/Prophets of Rage) on "Metali," Alyssa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy) on "Distortion," Joacim Broden (Sabaton) on "Oh! Majinai," Tim Henson and Scott LePage (Polyphia) on "Brand New Day," and F.Hero (prior to them featuring on his song) on "Pa-Pa-Ya." They've also been joined live onstage by Red Hot Chili Peppers, Dragonforce, and Rob Halford (Judas Priest).

Good one - great collaboration - Electric Callboy are a German band ... and this is just fun. They've already played it live together at least 6 times now.

With that attitude of yours, you guys are going to have too much fun with Electric Callboy 🤘🥳 Hypa Hypa (was the introduction of Nico as the new clean singer in 2020, original lead vocalist Sushi left to found a new project), We Got The Moves (in my opinion, it's a masterpiece and I'm not open for discussion on that), Tekkno Train, Everytime We Touch. While most of their material is uplifting partycore like Ratatata, they do have some serious songs too. Hate/Love, Mindreader, Parasite (this one's video is made of live footage over the studio audio).

Momo-metal screams in this one! During the screaming electricity part, he screams, "Are you ready?" Momo does the second "Are you ready?" If you listen carefully, you can hear the difference!

Thanks from Japan 有難う💛. BABYMETAL will return to USA and go on tour from Nov. thru Dec. to perform 18 concerts at 15 venues. I fortunately witnessed the live debut and the second performance of RATATATA by BABYMETAL and Electric Callboy together in the two-day Fox_Fest on May 25 / 26 in Japan. Fun, happy, exhilarating, bubbly... Those words I could think of, as you can imagine. There were many mosh / circle pits over there 😄. On Day-1, the girls and Nico / Kevin hugged each other (and group hug) to celebrate the success of the live debut (heartwarming!!) ★ The official live video was posted in RU-vid !! The song was played in the BABYMETAL's setlist in the festival. So the band in the back of the girls and Nico / Kevin was BM's West Kami Band in place of EC band that played in this MV. On this 50:50 collaboration basis, that was great, too. The interchangeability between the two versatile bands is good. Now the 3 girls and 2 boys are doing this song with EC band in EC shows and with Kami Band in BM shows, in two ways, in some European festivals 💛。

Electric Callboy are a Metalcore/Electronicore band made of six Members. They were formed in 2010 in the city of Castrop-Rauxel in Germany under the name "Eskimo Callboy" and take themselves not too seriously. After they learned that the word "Eskimo" can be seen as a derogatory name for Inuit and Yupik people of the Arctic they changed their name by replacing "Eskimo" with "Electric". They tend to create hilarious music videos which are almost all produced by the Schillo brothers (Pascal Schillo, a guitarist of the band and his brother Oliver (not a band member) who own a video production company). Most of their songs are about partying and having a good time, but they have some more serious stuff in their catalogue also. They blend Metalcore with EDM, Techno, Pop, Disco and sometimes even Rap music which lead to their very unique style that their fans call "Partycore". There are two main vocalists in the band: Nico Sallach (clean vocals) and Kevin Ratajczak (harsh vocals). Nico prefers the clean singing with his amazing voice and Kevin is more into the harsh vocals but both can do both vocal styles and back each other up if needed. If you'd like to check them out I would recommend "Hypa Hypa" ,"We got the Moves", "Pump it", "Spaceman", Everytime we touch (Cascada cover) or "Tekkno Train". For the more serious songs it would be "Hate/Love", "Parasite" or "Mindreader" .

Electric Callboy is so much fun! Check their classics We Got The Moves or Pump It, and recently Every Time We Touch The videos are all made by EC‘s guitarist Pascal and his brothers production company, and they’re all entertaining. This was a 10/10 for me!

I don't tthink that they will tour together. Bith are too famous in their own right. And ŕesponsiblevfor this Collab were probably Kobametall, their Manager abd Moa herself, in her own Analysus Ekectric Callboys and Babymetal had a high Compatiblity. And I presume these are the reasons why they are still together. Su has a quite good feeling what she herself lachs.

Well at least one party rhat doesn't think about Pokemon at this title. F. Hero, Babymetal and especially Kingslayer by BMTH. No they already started the party and they added the japanese part for a purpose. While it can happen in German and english that women go menhunting in Japan this concept does not exist. Instead Su feels daring to lure a man into her trap. This makes the following scene logical, they are not wondering how and why the men came through the wall, instead they wonder how did we do that? In japanese it is important in japanese that they hunt after their men. And the men had to vanish for a reason. The camera crew hated Babymetal and Nico and Kevin in the same frame. You always had to work with forced perspective. The girls are tiny and if you stand them together it looked like Dads and daughters, the totally wrong vibe. It had to be clear, they are adult, grown women who wantbto have a relaxing night with "Dancing". I presume it was important for the german crew that Babymetal was full on Board , that there was no misunderstanding, what was happening in this song. Andvitbis extremly surprising: now they dare to look cute again, but a cute at their choice not the cute of children. Well they were having fun. Nico and Kevin invited them, if you want to play something or act...For them this was a Christmas gift. We don't tell you what you have to do, have fun. And even on stage, they have simply fun withbtheirvlines like the uuh-uuh or Bun-Bun linesandvthey are constantly smiling. Thiscwas extremly obvious at the FoxFest or Rock am Ring and Rock im Park, they played it in the Electric Callboy Slot and the Babymetal Slot. And both Electric Callboy Band and Kami Band have theirbown versions of the song, so you don't have to movebor rebuild anything, they simply share their Bands. And I think this is something many Bands want to do with Babymetal. These unique voices in their songs.
