YGX choreographers specifically work with other companies a lot, especially smaller companies who don't have a dedicated dance department like YG has.

episode 8 thumbnails is literally the crying/tears of joy part in the last evaluation teaser 2. the clothes are matching. on the thumbnail we see all of them smiling and raising their hands so I'm sure all of them are gonna debut

Babymonster ot7 is debuting because Knowing YG they are literally just trying to keep the secret because he wants people to get restless and excited

"Do you wanna go home after six years?"..... is the line that set off GDRAGON to become the best. It motivated him to work harder and debute. Him using that legendary quote for BABYMONSTER is sooo amazing!! Btw its not YG cutting the trainees of by saying this... is translates to " Are you really giving up after all that traning, hardship, blood sweet and tears?"

Their dance skills are ELITE. I like the head movement by Ruka, it goes with each beat, so satisfying and it looks SICK

Babymoster are all Rounders. The most talented 4th gen gg for me. And they all dance like Leejung, but im not complainin. I love it. They dance so powerful 🔥 And leejung message to them is so heartwarming 💙

Argggh! glad my premonition wasnt 100% correct but I just knew we weren't getting it in this finale. YG I know you too well sir 😅. I'm still pulling for OT7 I can't pick 2 members to cut but if anyone would really do it it's YGent. And I do actually understand that just because everyone's talented it doesn't mean they all fit this group but I think in the case all these trainees DO fit perfect together and can fit any concept together so this is gonna be really hard if it's truly 5. I must say they've done it again cause I'm absolutely perched on the edge of a cliff for this debut regardless.

Guuuuuuuuuuys I literally thought today was the day we'd get the news all 7 of them were debuting. Like I was expecting it not to be in this episode knowing yg but then i saw the thumbnail and i was like maybe it really is today. And i was sitting there with lee jung continuing to talk at 5 minutes and i was like queen i love u but we have an announcement coming that needs like at least 3minutes to be announced but then I realized it was going to happen 😭May 12th....i mean for us its may 11th but still yall i been watching this series every week since january im tired just tell me all 7 of my girls will debut like yg needs to stop joking around about this 5 member thing we all know its gonna be 7 in the end- theres no way he wouldve gone to all this trouble to promote 2 others he just wants us all to be miserable and hype up every crumb he gives us like with bp's comebacks. Plus 5member groups is so common rn like im pretty sure we have like 5 5member groups who are actively successful in the industry yg usually likes to be quirky. The credit goes to YGx anyways 😎 Also this is YG expanding its reach. Agencies become delended on YG. YGPLUS merchandise company promites albums domestically and internationally. Groups as BTS, Seventeen album's have YG logo on it. Ain afew years... YG has more power than CJE&M.

YG have YGX(dance academy/consists of dancers in yg). And YGX consists of three groups: CRAZY,HITECH and NWX. Crazy and Hitech are mostly the back up dancers/choreographers of yg artists only. Whlie NWX are the independent group. They can choreograph even outside the company. And yeah Lee Jung is one of the member of NWX...But I don't know the case of Hitech though, if they are allowed to choreograph outside YG.

Lets remember the first video YG dropped of BM...5 members were danceing and well-matched!!!!! However, I do believe in YG marketing!! Every thing is possible! Even debut solo artists + new group!!!

they're gonna be ot7 for debut i'm sure of that. this was pre-filmed last year and i think 5 members was his original idea but after this evaluations i'm sure he changed his mind. I don't think i can trust YG after what happened with treasure because one example YG bringing back Asahi after getting eliminated which is very unexpected so with babymonster i'm sure he's gonna debut all 7 and all 7 are putting out contents now so that's also one of the reason i believe they're gonna be 7

I will be so mad if the end is like ygtb. for real! treasure was chosen one group then released another one. but after 1 member left, the group co-exist together to become one group. But, a long short story, after almost 2 years of debut, 2 members left. This was the best nightmare of stanning a group. I'm traumatized. No more, YG. Please treat them well..

Ha..ha..ha I love watching your reaction...so intense right? Well, for long time YG fam, we've gone through heartbreak after heartbreak since BB, WINNER/iKON, TREASURE. Although 2NE1 & BP didn't do show like this, they've gone through a tough trainee time too, changing members/losing members etc before debut. Its not all about what we want, its business/strategy too. Well I think you know what I mean, but yeah...its always hurt when watching this kind of show but we still watch it...why? 😆

The logic is that people who are not yet members are called trainees or participants, the conclusion is that 7 are already in the group to become members/members, plus Lisa BP said all 7 members are very familiar with each other ..anyways it didn't fall just right, it hasn't fixed yet to join the group already called a member, we can differentiate between "Member, trainee, candidate" 😂

There's no way it's not OT7 I still don't believe YG 🤣 but I'm curious how will they reveal it for the next 2 weeks will they post a video revealing them all or they will post on the community tab and are they gonna reveal all the members at once or they will reveal one by one every week like they did with Treasure to give some suspense a lit bit 🤔 I'm kinda excited TBH I can't wait 😂

We all have hearts so it's difficult to see anyone go, BUT - If you want a group that every single member has name recognition across the world - if you want a group that every single member will have a chance for solos - if you want a group that every single member has opportunity for brand ambassadorship (and not just the group as a whole representing a brand) - if you want a group that has substantial parts in every song and good screentime in every mv for all members then I think 5 members is a better strategy than 7. It's actually pretty rare for any group to be as close to balanced in opportunities and recognition as Blackpink members have been. The larger the number of members, the more likely you will just have 1 or 2 members be very well known. and the rest are just a blur to the general public. iKON, for example, at the height of their popularity when even every elementary school kid was singing Love Scenario, still most people only know the names B.I and Bobby. For global popularity, I really think there's a better chance for Babymon with 5 instead of 7, though I don't even know who I would cut.

The fact that GD said that to them is like a full circle and he knows that they too will also make it big in the industry. I dont know if you noticed but it was only 5 of the girls that said something before YG came up to announce the 5 possible members….. cause I didnt see ASA and Pharita say anything to the members. cant believe people think this is not scripted. plus the sfx, the "you decide" is just lame. common sense of viewers is lost. This has no teeth. Just for views and hype. But talent-wise and genuine effort? nah. just another idol group whose more concerned of hair flips and onscreen face. just lame. like who's too comfortable when you're being assessed to pass/fail? Even students know the feeling of final exams. Just fake.

To see Pharita crying like that at this stage tells me that this is abuse. YG is brilliant but this is not the only way to bring forward talent: by terrorizing the trainees. The critera is how much they show their desperation?! WTF. Leejung is the one who models a different way to do it, but she doesn’t have power to decide. She teaches the love of dance. That's profound.

I know most want all 7, but I can't shake this bad feeling I have that the larger number of members will cause them to not do as well in popularity in the long run compared to what they could do as a 5 member team. 🥲
