Seemed like a race to the finish! I'm a very slow eater so that 90 minutes makes it a pass for me. Best tool for picking put the crab or lobster? A single chop stick! Can be used to push or pull the meat - after a couple times using you'll find it easy peasy the struggle is gone! ❤❤❤❤❤

I have noticed lately that buffets in Japan open a 1/2 hour early only for social media people to film and talk to staff. The buffets look magnificant then. I love this idea because diners can go later and there is likely fewer media filmers. That said, i love that you got there early to get such good film for all if us. Thank you!

Looks good. have never been there. I miss the value buffets. M resort had a good one they took out. Loved the aria buffet, before the over priced food court. Still enjoy the bellagio and wicked spoon. Love your videos.

Looks like a nice buffet for $ amount. Hubby and i have a reservation at Anthony's steak house, October 22nd for their Sunday brunch. I can't wait! We don't really go out to eat since my loss of taste and smell. But this buffet has so many yummy item's. I still think it's worth experiencing. Also we booked this two months ago.

Hi Inge! With 90 minutes, you have to have some sort of plan, especially because of the size of this buffet. Otherwise it can be a bit overwhelming.

Pro tip is coming at the end of lunch so you can have the dinner items without paying dinner prices. I missed out on the lobster claws and cajun shrimp 😢

Bill, I can’t hold back any longer. You should always ask for a slice from the point. It’s the prime of the brisket. If you don’t request it, they will always give you a slice from the flat, thinking you don’t know any better, and it’s probably going to be dry. POINT - yes, FLAT - no.

Sea snails (scungili in Italian) are THE BEST!!! Very mild…kind of like conch…and The Bachanal does them very well…if you ever want to try one, it’s a good place to do it

Would love a list of buffets in the L.A. area that are Vegas type. The only one I can think of is Universal which is mighty expensive but sounds sooo gooood right now. Clean not dirty!

The price is cheap compared to others. We've been there. I'd pay $100 per person for the variety of food available. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Haven't had the Bacchanal buffet in years and looked forward to it on my last visit at the end of August. Unfortunately it was not very good! The seafood was all overcooked and mushy, the meat was bland and slightly tough. Nothing I tried stood out as delicious or memorable. Food was presented beautifully as usual, but for the price, mehhhh is not acceptable. So very disappointing. Happy your visit seemed much better!

My daughter and myself were at the bacchanal a month ago but to get your money's worth you have to stick to the seafood and meats. The food is nice and fresh but expensive , that's just my opinion. 6:19

No, but there are currently a lot of construction and closures everywhere the F1 course is, so bring your patience.

at 13:17 … those are asian “swimmer” crabs. thus, the spots on them, unlike the American blue crab.. they are more fishy and often mushy but it appears that one there is of very good quality and size.

Went there when it was relatively new. Pretty pricey, but may get your money's worth if you can eat a lot of the more expensive stuff. Quality wasn't exceptional. If you like to eat a lot of different types of food all in one sitting, or really like a specific handful of expensive foods that they offer, then it might be worth it to visit at least once. I just can't do buffets anymore or have any desire to put that much food into me in one sitting, or even 1 day. I'd rather have exceptional quality and lower volume these days.

Very true. Like you, we prefer a quality restaurant over a buffet. But, it is fun to hit up a buffet now and then.
